Spicy Brown Uptown

Spreadable Spicy Brown Mustard with je ne sais quoi. :roll:

:roll Ingredients:

2/3 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tbsp fine oat bran (sifted from oat bran)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric extract powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp water

:arrow: Directions:

Mix well and refrigerate overnight, 8)
then stir before first serve.

Garden Patties Royale
(makes 6 patties or 9 sliders) :lol:

When "veggie burger" is so "last century"! :roll:

:roll Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups simmering water
2/3 cup tri-color quinoa, rinsed
1/4 rounded cup golden flax meal
1/3 cup light oat bran
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 cup finely shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups diced sweet onions

:arrow: Directions:

Simmer quinoa until most water absorbed,
vigorously stir in flax meal then oat bran,
then stir in remaining ingredients;
fold in carrots and onions last.

Press mixture into lightly oiled
9" x 9" baking dish, cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate 8)
overnight to blend flavors.

Serve as cold patties or
briefly fry in olive oil.

Chocolate Chia Mudd

Chocolate Chia Mudd (4-5 servings)

No-cook pudding with mild sweetness.
Upscale with raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds,
sunflower seeds or sliced almonds.

:roll Ingredients:

2 1/3 cups cold milk
7 tbsp dark chia seeds
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
3-4 tbsp 100% cacao powder

:arrow: Directions:

Combine chia seeds and milk, let rest 15 min.,
stirring several times, then stir in coconut
and cacao powder; refrigerate overnight, 8)
then stir briefly before serving.

Tina's Tofu Tuna

Tina's Tofu Tuna

Protein with complementing flavors.
A Tofu Helper or Tuna Helper!
Who can tell? Tina? :lol:

:roll Ingredients:

16oz container firm tofu, rinsed
5oz can chunk light tuna, drained
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp virgin olive oil

:arrow: Directions:

In large bowl, mash tofu with pastry cutter,
then stir in remaining ingredients as listed.

Press into glass bowl, attach lid
and refrigerate until used. 8)
