Good tips about weight loss, especially ...

- the brain needs carbs for its fuel - not protein or fat!
- weight loss is 80% nutrition (less calories) and 20% exercise
- eating at night is like eating at any other time of day

Personal experience:
1) the body resists weight loss for several weeks but eventually
accepts the exercise and fewer calories, then weight starts dropping.
2) muscle has weight - anticipate less weight loss with "body building"

instruct on food consumption necessary to obtain/maintain that weight, and provide tips for decreasing/increasing weight.

Of course, parental guidance would be required to integrate family perspective on the app's information ...
and the app might be popular with adults concerned about their own weight.

Not to worry! Current curse words are trite, getting stagnant from overuse (and longtime use).
New words need to be created! But what

Decades ago, as a pre-teen, I decided not to curse ... but would say "Bosco!" instead.
Then I learned that my private curse word was the name of a chocolate syrup.
Somehow, "Bosco!" was a sweet "expletive deleted" disconnect.

Eventually, I reasoned that I didn't have to say anything - just deal with it (the event).
Besides, I didn't want to be one of my peer-level cursing herd (even now).

... and today, all you have to say is "Like he/she said!" since cursing is so common.
WTF Even "bomb" in "F..bomb" is a discussion No-No at the airport.

Hmmm ... there's a fine line between avoiding the bigger guy in the pool
and tasting the smaller guy that looks edible (to a hungry shark or whatever).

A better plan is to look/smell/sound like nothing that's edible.
Besides, add some blood to the pool and a buffet may be open
(as perceived by the shark).
