 Obviously, a disconnect between "minor children" and "anal sexual activity" ...
since medical testing of stool requires samples be treated as a "biohazard". ;)

A "work in progress" (or "piece of work" according to the town council).

 1st thought: All he did was ask her to cook a liitle extra to share with him (he would pay).
All she needed to do was decline the offer ... politely if within her customary demeanor.
Perhaps he had read online that families often discard excess food. ;)

:study: [Wikipedia] "The term originates from the Dutch word jacht, and originally referenced light, fast sailing vessels
that the Dutch Republic navy used to pursue pirates and other transgressors around and into the shallow waters of the Low Countries."

 "Facht" (for "Faux Yacht") seems a better appellation for this not-as-fast, non-sailing houseboat

but is really a self-propelled houseboat "mansion":

cruisers and deck boats falling second (at an average speed of 23 MPH), and sailboats averaging 10 MPH"

"a $30 million study conducted by the U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) found 'clear evidence' that two years of exposure

 Who can tell?! China may be unintentionally solving its excess population problem.

"Magnetic shuttles would travel through these vacuum tubes, connected via magnetic arm to trains traveling on the existing tracks."

 Interesting (and creative) solution, but seems to ignore the aging of existing tracks and trains, aging that would not permit the faster speeds of a hyperloop. Besides, existing tracks are above ground, requiring similar construction of a nearby loop for overpasses, underpasses, etc. ;)

On the other hand, loop aficionados seem to ignore the passenger pleasure of observing the countryside, a pleasure that could only be duplicated inside a loop train by displaying images from many cameras along the loop. OMG! This hints of 5G networks!

A dose of holiday nostalgia also encourages giving and do-gooding, which is a mood enhancer"

"A federal appeals court in Colorado ruled Tuesday that a local police department does not have to compensate a homeowner whose house was destroyed by 19 hours of gunfire between officers and an armed shoplifting suspect who had chosen to barricade himself inside to evade arrest."

"She added that a home next door that suffered about $70,000 in damage was not compensated by its insurance company. The court’s decision said the police department and the city were not liable for damage caused to the property because officers were acting in their lawful role to arrest a criminal suspect."
