Is the Akashic Construct Method Safe ?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and community. I got here searching the web because I have been receiving the 11:11 prompt for about 2 years now. As soon as I read about it, the signs were reduced to about 50% or less in frequency. However this last week the signs increased in an exponential manner. I am currently receiving the 11 and 33 sequences very, very often. Yesterday I saw 10:33, 11:11, 12:11, 1:11, 2:11, 3:11, 4:33 and 10:33 again, ALL in the same day !!

I concluded that my guardian angels really want to tell me something as soon as possible. I have read about the Akashic Construct method and the CD. However, I am a little concerned about doing all that Alpha procedure by myself without some specialist by my side. I have heard stories of people who haven't wake up after being in this stage. Perhaps while doing Astral journeys...

Can someone give me some light on this topic ?

Welcome to our 11:11 family agubaira!

I can give you some information about the AC cd, since I've been using it for a few years now. Many of us go into the AC regularly, and we haven't lost anybody yet! I can assure you, the AC is perfectly safe, and there is no need for a specialist to be there. Our angels take good care of us. We only go down to deep alpha, which is not far from wakefulness. It's just a very relaxed state, which opens up our channels of communication with Celestials. George tells us he walks around most of the time in deep alpha!

We don't immediately run into the AC. There are two other meditations on the cd that prepare us for our first AC visit. Part 1 is short, and helps us with relaxation. Part 2 trains us to reach deep alpha. Each of these two parts are practiced for a week, individually, then we "graduate" to part 3 of the cd, the AC (though some of us have been known to "cheat" and skip one or both of them!). It is best, however, to stick with the program, as the directions specify, for best results.

The AC is what you make of it. You construct it, and you are always in control. There is nothing to fear. It is a place of love and peace. You can go in to heal, or be healed, or meet a Celestial. You decide. Some of us, who have been doing it for awhile just enjoy going in and exploring the place, redecorating, relaxing, just getting away from it all.
I always enjoy my visits, and feel better physically and emotionally..no pressure..no fear.. Actually, we take a shower, and wash the fear away before we enter our construct! It really works.

The initial visits may bring up some past emotions, but it's all a part of inner healing. Old feelings that come to the surface from deep within, that we have to get rid of.

That's about it! I encourage you to give it a try. You can listen to the first two meditations for as long as you want. There is no rush to get into the AC. You will know when the time is right. By the way it's really a beautiful experience when you meet a Celestial there. They have so much love for us, and want to help in whatever way they can.

I hope I've been able to settle your mind a bit about the AC.. It's good to have you with us! This is very loving, supportive family. Please make yourself comfortable!

We all of us, virtually every night travel astrally. Not waking up after going to sleep is called death? And is not something to be feared. There are a small number of folks that practise astral travel consciously, and I have NEVER heard of any of them failing to return 100% safely.

The AC is based on self-hypnosis. Again all hypnotism is self hypnotism and I am sure if it was dangerous, it would have been banned many years ago. Again I have never heard of anyone being hypnotised and failing to wake up.

I understand your concern but this must be some sort of urban myth, I've never heard of such a thing happening.

I concluded that my guardian angels really want to tell me something as soon as possible.

They have been telling you something, at soul level, and now you just have to still your mind enough to be able to hear them better, they can only do so much on this material level to grab our attention....the rest is up to us, we have to meet them in the "middle".

Thanks to everyone for your recomforting messages, specially you "wings". Now I feel more confident about the method. I will begin by ordering the CD and then I will take my time to go step by step.

Ohh, today I received George's book: In the Service of 11:11. I will start from there....

Speaking about hugs and being held- I had my face held the other night. There was a soft constant pressure on my cheeks and under my chin. I was in deep alpha and bearly was able to raise my hand to my face to check it but there was nothing on my face. What I felt was soft and loving it was definetly there.

It softly went away when George woke me up "ok open your eyes, take a deep breath in and out that's good, that's fine".

Ok have to go back to my CD I love being in the AC.

Hi Debbie,

I know someone else who is often touched on the face, the crown, the cheek. It's common for Midwayer Mathew to do that -- hop on your lap and touch you.

Some years ago, Dr. Mendoza (I believe it was) was tired of waiting for me to get going with his message, and he gave me an electric jolt in my left foot, not too hard, but it was quite strong enough.

I am excited to let you all know that I had some special progress tonight!

Well I should start off by telling you that a great hobby of mine is talking to people all over the world, via online chat. I have truly been fortunate to have been touched by an amazing aray of people.

I have been fairly disappointed as to the goings on in the chat rooms lately. Constant bickering over one's beliefs. I should let you all know that we speak on voice, which is very great to hear the expression in another's voice!

Tonight I was drawn to a room, Take a guess on what number? lol It was Religion room 11. To my utmost surprise there were 5 or 6 of my very best friends on yahoo, which whom I met in various other rooms. And we had a very spiritual talk and well.... I am speechless. It was no coincidence.

This all comes after a day full of prompts, and then to top it all off, I just had the most wonderful meditation session Ever. I felt so much Love and I even heard sounds of wind, rain, thunder, a beeping car horn, a closing door, from the bathroom which had the window open, and well it was amazing. I was thanking God and Everyone above for the guidance they have been giving.

Well after this most beautiful time I sat down to write a bit and even wrote my own prayer and poem. Well perhaps I will share what I wrote in the poetry section.

I used to wonder about who it was that ruffled my hair (what's left of it ), until I heard one of Sharmon's wisecracks.

She darts in and out like a postman delivering mail.

Come to think of it, we don't have many transmits from Sharmon, I reckon, but she's always fun.

The 'touch' is most often a kind of static electric feeling.
