One time i was trying to communicate them,but no answer was coming.I was desperate.
So i did this.
'' hey guys,i can't see-hear you.Go to this person (an adept shaman i met on forums),deliver the message and from there we'll find a way for me to receive it. She is capable of spirit communication,and also a friend of mine''...

After a week i see a thread from her, under the title
' 'This is for you-stoicheia exercise' '

And i remember her post...

''Lately, due to work and obligations, I haven't been sleeping well. Sleep is something essential for me, as it is for everyone.
This time, I thought I would finally get the rest I wanted, but no.
Once again, Greek letters were flying around me, causing me to wake up (again).
I don't appreciate the behavior type(who she think she is)?
Now get up,study,learn and do the exercise,otherwise i'll haunt you like Freddy Krueger''

Oops..
Of course i pmed her to ask if she was pointing at me,and she said yes.
But she also told me that it' s part of the game, so no worries.(phew)

By the way,she's a lovely person.She was trained as a shamanic healer and then her work took a full magical direction. (she'not Josephine).
She helped me several times,even going to the astral worlds to find beings that were willing to help me.
One of the most wonderful persons i've met...

Yet, not someone to piss off.(if you know what i mean)

Hi Dron,

One way we can communicate back with our spirit team is by intention. It is not so much about hearing them or even seeing them, considering our range for "perceivable reality" is quite limited.

But something I have learned, Intention is a way we can travel vast distances.

As humans we might expect communication to take place, "on demand" or "when we want it" and "how we want it"

By creating a routine and setting the intention- we prime ourselves for communication, where past/present/and future all come into play.

That's my take on it so far.
