Seedy Energy Bites and Rose Berry Sauce,
adapted for tsunami-level swimming energy.
Serve together in a small dessert bowl.
Seedy Energy Bites w/ Sesame Seeds
Combine warmed 16oz jar "Only Peanuts" Butter (or Almond)
with 2/3 cup light oat bran, 1/3 rounded cup 100% cacao powder,
1 cup currants (small raisins), briefly soaked in very hot water,
and 3/4 cup hulled seasme seeds.
Add 1/4 cup strong coffee to make mixture tacky, form into a ball;
press flat between sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Dust both sides with cacao powder, slice into bite-size pieces;
refrigerate overnight, creating a dry fudge texture.

and 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, rinsed in hot water .
Add 1/4 cup strong coffee to make mixture tacky, form into a ball;
press flat between sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap.

refrigerate overnight, creating a dry fudge texture.
Rose Berry Sauce
Empty 3 tea bags Rose Hips with Hibiscus Flowers Tea
into 3 cups chilled applesauce, add 3 tsp red beet powder,
then stir in 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries; refrigerate overnight.
(optional: add 1/2 tsp Vitamin C crystals to applesauce)
Test with beach waves before a tsunami.
