A new sort of bank was founded in Estonia in 2009, The Bank of Happiness. The premise is simple. People offer to give their skills and knowledge; others ask for help.

It is so good to read articles like this. This world is not such a bad place as people would have us to believe. There is a lot of good to and this is just one wonderful example. Thanks Welles for the "happiness lift" today!
