Need Help

Hi to all,
im himanshu from india and experiencing the same thing as mentioned all over here in the site....actually i was searching about this kind of experience on net and finally after few years (approx. 1.5 years) i got this site !
Im 23 years old guy and got these symptoms 1.5 yrs back...
my most viewed nos. includes : 1:21, 1:31,1:41, 2:02, 08:08, 07:07, 9:29 and many more
Please help me in :
how to intercept what they are trying to say...
how to know, who they are...
how to communicate with them...
can i know them, or i to feel them
apart from time symmetry, i experienced vehicle numbers too...
and now time symmetry is almost every day and approx. 8-10 times in a day...

that is 9:49....does it make any sense ?
also , somtimes the total sum of the time is also quite noticing...
for example: 3:47 or 2:35 etc (3+4=7 & 2+3=5)
plz guide what it is....
