First guess (since woman seemed unconcerned) ...
She was wearing a one-piece that had a malfunction (no connecting threads below

Next guess: (about man behind distracted by his cell phone) ...
He was trying to order a similar one-piece for his wife or girlfriend.

It depends on which photo was used in the news (flip horizontally and his hat changes position).
But also note that the cowboy behind was wearing his hat the same way, suggesting hat etiquette:
If 2 of 3 cowboys wear their hat the same way the third cowboy is another gender (style).

"The researchers tested various avoidance behaviors by the female frogs — including rotating, release calls and tonic immobility ...
Rotating was defined as a 'female starting to rotate around her own body axis when amplexed by a male'."
Tonic - "anything invigorating physically, mentally, or morally"
Example: "My job is so stressful that I often need a nooner (tonic)."

Not the word you had in mind?

Today's next new word ...

Today's final new word ...

Once AI gets bathroom statistics, it will be able to suggest efficiency in TP usage, how long to visit the loo,
