called flavanols in the chocolate."
Apparently, not any bar of chocolate (probably 60%+ cacao, less sugar, and just a portion of the bar).
However, the chocolate's flavanols seem the benefit ... and different flavanols are found in many natural foods!
Also, the benefit specifies increased blood flow as curative (makes sense since kidneys remove water from blood).
Interestingly, another article mentioned that increased insulin is not necessarily healthy
(blood sugar score may be good but more insulin may have been required to reduce blood sugar).
