What's fascinating about PoP is that this has various meanings,
probably requiring clarification. However, PoP in a burning bag at your door

A human, well attuned to guidance "from above", will paint the better picture since a computer has not access to such guidance.
Nevertheless, AI, as art tool (e.g., paint, brushes, paper, etc.) is promising! but is electronic manipulation of artistic expression.
However, an electric paint brush is in the gray area (depending on color selected)

surprisingly undesirable (or not) images. Who can tell? Let children try these sans guardrails generators
to discover what parental supervision might be needed.

The real skill in creating this AI art is creating text that causes desired (or not) images.
