More evidence that drones are the new art of war, even though S-300 is a Russian weapon system!

Best guess: New laser systems will be the fly swatters that shoo (or swat) the drones

"Scientists agree there is no sufficient way to clearly define what makes someone a woman,
and with billions of women on the planet, there is much variation."

Because so many doctors - worldwide - confirm that females and males have defining anatomy*, "woman" and "man" must refer to more than anatomy. Obviously, the definition disconnect between birth-defining anatomy (actually conception-defining) and post-birth self-perception is the key to resolving this (apparent) modern-society gender stalemate.
* Historically, a human being born with breasts that produce milk for a baby, uterus where the baby is conceived, ovary producing the egg to become a baby, etc. is "female"; a human being born with penis and testicles which produce sperm to fertilize that egg, no milk-producing breasts, no vagina, etc. is "male"
That a female and male may self-perceive as other than "woman" and "man" does not negate their birth-defining anatomy.

This morning's not-so-serious sleepy meditation ...

"Where the hell is Hell?" ...
if it's not a pre-death location and/or experience.

Re:
https://bible.org/question/where-hell-located
"In essence, we can simply know that hell, both the temporary location of all unbelievers until the Great White Throne Judgment of Rev. 20, and the final place called the
lake of fire are somewhere in God’s boundless universe."

Sleepy, pre-coffee conclusion ...
Considering just how BIG the universe is (and how NASA's space probes can take many years to get wherever), the "Long Road to Hell" is the probable reality of such behavioral drift ... and may even begin before that space travel! (which hints that an exit - or several - probably exists before the No-More-Exits final portion of the highway ... or meandering road).

Cool! ... until Hot!

Less sleepy (half a cuppa) meditation ...
OMG! How does one get to Hell
Certainly not by angelic transport since they travel in a different direction.

Cool! ... not Hot!

This hints that Hell exists in the opposite direction of Heaven!
... therefore one's GPS

is the key to eternal travel.
Tip: A one G network is best!

Hey Rod,

My wording gets cryptic by permitting several interpretations,
such as the 'if' here including those who experience Hell on earth:
"if it's not a pre-death location and/or experience"

Since no one really knows what Hell is like
(nor Heaven since no one has ever returned),
"Hell" is wide open for interpretation ...
hinting we even create our own Hell!
"Hell hath no fury like a cryptic World View!"
... now comes to mind.

Seems to be the new attitude of all nuclear powers, but technically meaningless

This first-strike planning has probably been true for decades.

Interesting term, "recycled", for the royal wardrobe -
lower classes "recycle" what somebody else used to wear

"Recycle" today also refers to making use

"UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson weighed in on the debate about transgenderism in his country,
saying that 'the basic facts of biology remain overwhelmingly important' in conversations about the issue."

Indirect reference to "male/female" being anatomic definitions with "man/woman" being gender perception definitions.
And from a logic perspective, if "woman" is not necessarily "female", then "man" is not necessarily "male".
From a wordsmith perspective, "male" is the defining characteristic(s) of a human being having that anatomy; "female" is the defining characteristic(s) of a human being having that anatomy; "man/woman" refer to a human being having whatever self-perception.

Ultimately, "male/female" are adjectives and "man/woman" are nouns ... and how they perform sexually are verbs or adverbs
(which may or may not be related to their defining adjectives and nouns).

"On average, one in three NFT collections have essentially expired, with little or no trading activity, blockchain analytics firm Nansen found. Another third are trading below the amount it cost issuers to mint the tokens."

Interesting financial progress (or not) of these blockchain non-fungibles*. On the bright side, if you're going to lose your investment, it's comforting (or not) to have a token of where the money went. Shared ownership might be an option on new tokens to spread the investment risk, especially since blockchain technology permits this (investors can own a portion of a bitcoin and NFTs are more than a digital number).
* (Wikipedia) "A non-fungible token (NFT) is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger, that can be sold and traded. Types of NFT data units may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio."

"Disney theme parks no longer assume that little girls want to be called 'princess' "

It has always been true that not all little girls want to be called 'princess', or all little boys want to be called 'prince', or women called 'girls', or men called 'boys'. What's different now in this societal "wokism" is that MANY minorities (of whatever classification) want to be recognized and accepted as unique individuals - not clones of a traditional group

The sad reality is that traditional terms are denied use when new terms have not yet been created.
Thus, "Hello boys and girls!" degrades to "Hello all you people!" ("people" is still assumed, fortunately).

"350 lb teen, 14, who fell to his death from 430ft ICON park drop tower was 63 lb over the maximum weight limit for the ride

What's not mentioned in these reports is that ride attendants typically don't know the weight of the person getting on the ride ... and may assume that if they were allowed to buy a ticket and get in line then they were qualified to ride. The attendant's job is to keep the line moving as quickly as possible for better ticket income.
And in this era of racial/sexual/whatever sensitivity, publically disqualifying anyone for any reason is taboo.

Interestingly, this headline suggests a logical perspective
when a unisex bathroom is not available:
1. Use bathroom designed for the way your anatomy currently works
- not the way your mind perceives your gender-in-transition.
Current anatomy is proof of familiarity with that bathroom
2. Use the bathroom designed for the way you're dressed
(and don't talk unless complementary to that dress).
3. Use the preferred bathroom if unoccupied
and post 'GIT' on the door (Gender In Transition!).
4. Use the preferred bathroom regardless
