"This Depression Era Bread recipe can be made with only 3 ingredients
and the end result is a delicious loaf of bread that tastes amazing!"
Often lost in simple bread recipes is that nutrition is minimal -
consuming the whole grain is better! But if you have flour ...
(IMO) "Bread", once necessity for easy storage,
is more habit now than a nutritional requirement.
For serious survival, consider all the ways
that grains (not flour) can be consumed.

Now, "Winnie the Pooh" comes to mind ...
but unimaginable flavor!

Her discussion about perturbations in the gut microbiome is fascinating ... if you're health science minded. Good info in case you're a fecal donor or recipient some day.
Just imagine! Freeze-dried fecal capsules are now being tested! Bottom line (IMO): Improvement of the human gut microbiome - not pharmaceutical intervention - may resolve pandemics and reduce human disease. This lecture also suggests that current "expert" intervention in disease is not very expert, relative to the functions of the human microbiome; in fact, intervention that may reduce the functionality of the microbiome and even reduce natural immunity to disease

"Transgender people exist. Why is there a debate over whether they should have rights?"
Physical equipment at birth is decidedly evolutionary ('Male' or 'Female')
and this is informative how the physical body needs to be treated
Since perceived gender is now accepted reality,
M or
F seems
the important first identifier (as letters). The second (and third)
could be the Perception and Attraction qualifiers, such as:
MFM - Anatomical: Male, Perception: Female, Attraction: Male
MFF - Anatomical: Male, Perception: Female, Attraction: Female
FFF - Anatomical: Female, Perception: Female, Attraction: Female
'?' could be used to indicate 'not historical', such as:
M?F - Anatomical: Male, Perception: ?, Attraction: Female
M?? - Anatomical: Male, Perception: ?, Attraction: ?
(precise birth identifier since
MMF is unknown)
Of course, other letters are needed to fully identify
the MANY genders and attractions.
Caution:
WTF may seem logical but is taboo.
