(oft preferred brand mentioned)
Place plastic wrap on small tray, stir 1/2 cup chia seeds
into two melted 3.17oz Ghirardelli 86% Cacao Bars,
then pour over plastic wrap.
Tilt tray to spread melted chocolate, cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate until hardened. Then break into small pieces
and keep refrigerated.
Serve with thawed blackberries to upscale.
Tips: Melt chocolate in quart Pyrex measuring cup
placed in a pan of simmering water (stir in chia
when chocolate is just melted and not too hot).
Also tasty served with fresh orange slices.
