Chocolate Sour Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup 100% cacao powder
14oz container Daisy Light Sour Cream
Directions:
Stir cacao powder into hot water, then freeze 30 min. to chill.
Stir cacao mixture into cold sour cream and refrigerate.
To serve, top with whipped cream (or whatever)
Upscale with raw walnuts or sliced almonds.
Include dark chocolate chips for cacaophony.
Then there's Plan Y: Why not use yogurt
instead of sour cream ("cultured cream").
