Hello everyone,
I have a prayer request this morning that is very close to my heart.
My sweet dad who is in a nursing home/physical therapy center has come down with covid. It began yesterday morning and he is running a fever, coughing, breathing rough, and needing an IV for fluids. He is such a loving Dad. I hate that he is going through this on top of his fast-moving dementia.
I ask for prayers on his behalf, healing if it is God's will...whatever is best for my Dad.
Dad is 88 years old

My Dad has been placed in Hospice care. His earthly struggles will soon be over and he will find the joy of new life when he walks through death's door. It has all changed for him and for the family rather suddenly and is difficult to process. Please pray for our family but most especially my Mom.

Sorry to hear about this. But 88 years of experience on this planet should do him well in his new life to come. Surely, he will count you and your family as the greatest of his earthly treasures. Prayers going out to you all as you await the Angel of Death to take your dad.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers for my Dad and my family. They helped us more than you can know.
Dad passed peacefully early yesterday with my sister at his side.
He will soon open his eyes to a wonderful new world.

I would so appreciate prayers for my mom who has Alzheimer's and struggles to understand. She did amazingly well but it is really starting to hit her now.
