Today's Progress Group Message cracked me up...

Today's 11:11 Progress Group Message cracked me up and gave me hope. I found it rather wonderful that there was a completely different slant on the pervasive institutional spying and lying that is so prevalent in the news lately. It will diminish your fears if you should harbor them.

The part that cracked me up was some language in the first paragraph:

"Most of us dwelling in Urantia’s morontia realm agree on there being few statesmen on the planet – clowns to the left, jokers to the right, fools right in the middle."

That was a paraphrase from Stealers Wheel, "Stuck In The Middle With You".

Bzutu was in rare form! I had a good laugh about that too and mentioned it to George. You gotta love it when a benefit can be found for something that would otherwise be repugnant. Well it is still repugnant...just glad there is a possibility to real growth form all that "sneakiness."

"Stuck In The Middle With You" is a lovely song! It has such a great beat and great vocals. One of my old favourites.

I find that when you are completely open to people, you can better understand them based on their reactions. They may see themselves in you and respond to what is not really there. For instance, I hardly ever make emotional posts (I am like a robot sometimes), so when one reads an emotion that isn't present, I can see how they interpret the language differently from myself, and this can help me communicate more efficiently in the future.
