 Mysterious topic title but probable translation:
''One's man's resonance is another man's rubbish." ;)

First video is short recap of UB's organizational history.
Today (January, 2021), the UB "movement" has moved
far beyond the original organization and is spread
worldwide with many organizational centers. :roll

:bana: More essential rubbish ...

With whom does the bartender agree:
scientist, religionist, or atheist :?:

The scientist says "There is no God but there are some unknowns."
The religionist says "There is a God and there are some unknowns."
The atheist says "There is no God and no unknown."

 Bartender reveals choice by asking atheist
"Since God is not paying today, who is?"

Mahsa, the second Youtube video was inspiring...It reminded me of the excitement inherent in the eternal journey I haven't watched the first video yet. but I will. Thank you.

I was thinking of you today as Sweden showed up in our news. I hope you are safe, happy and well up there and too, those you love. I haven't been around as much as I would like. I miss things these days as George and I deal with health issues... but it always makes me smile to see you on the board. I hope this isn't a forever goodbye.

hugs,
Sandy

When science begins to define/explain God,
perception of God is out of date, needing revision. :o

:sunflower: Today's insight for the essential rub ;)
(and effective COVID-19 news antidote) ...

 Are these the skeletons of the Bible's Nephilim? or the skeletons of the UB's Adam & Eve?
An important clue(?) How tall are the skeletons in the photos?

:study: Re: https://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/f ... ead=153438
"Further evidence that the Nephilim existed in ancient times"

Genesis 6:4
"The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men,
and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown."

UB, 74:1.1 See also: http://www.theub.org/part-iii.html#P074_1
"The Planetary Adam and Eve of Urantia were members of the senior corps of Material Sons on Jerusem, being jointly number 14,311.
They belonged to the third physical series and were a little more than eight feet in height."

:study: Here's what Snopes says about the skeletons:

:sunflower: Today's insight for the essential rub
(more about the Bible's Nephilim) ...

:study: Re: https://answersingenesis.org/bible-char ... -nephilim/

"In Genesis 6:4, the phrase 'men of renown' uses the Hebrew word iysh. This term is used consistently as 'man' or descendants of Adam—even Adam used it of himself in Genesis 2:23, yet it is never used of fallen angel, demons, or of Satan. It was used for some unfallen angels when they took the form of a man, though. If the Nephilim were crossbreeds between men and fallen angels, then why did the Bible use the term men (iysh) as opposed to something that would lead us to believe they were not fully men?"

 This paragraph provides believable association of Nephilim with Adam, referring to Nephilim as human males and not fallen angels, etc.
In this case, the humans would be descendants of Adam & Eve ... beginning with these matings:

First, Eve mated with a human (Cano) ...

"The fateful meeting occurred during the twilight hours of the autumn evening, not far from the home of Adam. Eve had never before met the beautiful and enthusiastic Cano — and he was a magnificent specimen of the survival of the superior physique and outstanding intellect of his remote progenitors of the Prince’s staff. And Cano also thoroughly believed in the righteousness of the Serapatatia project. (Outside of the Garden, multiple mating was a common practice.)" (75:3.8 )

Then, Adam mated with a human (Laotta) ...

"It was in the despair of the realization of failure that Adam, the day after Eve’s misstep, sought out Laotta, the brilliant Nodite woman who was head of the western schools of the Garden, and with premeditation committed the folly of Eve. But do not misunderstand; Adam was not beguiled; he knew exactly what he was about; he deliberately chose to share the fate of Eve. He loved his mate with a supermortal affection, and the thought of the possibility of a lonely vigil on Urantia without her was more than he could endure." (75:5.2)

:study: Re: https://www.christianity.com/wiki/angel ... bible.html

"Genesis 6:1-6 never states that the Nephilim were giants, but it does say they were 'mighty men who were of old, the men of renown.' The verse that clues us into them being giants is Numbers 13:33 which states 'and there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them.' Here Scripture indicates they were possibly giants, men larger and bigger than normal."

"One reason Nephilim is often translated as 'fallen ones' is the relation to the Hebrew word 'naphal' (to fall)."

 Indeed, Adam & Eve were the fallen ones ... as well as "larger and bigger than normal."

:study: Better explanation of Nephilim (albeit Adam & Eve did indeed have human descendants)

Re: https://truthbook.com/urantia/faq/conne ... am-and-eve
"Is there a connection between the Nephilim and Adam and Eve?"

 Rarely discussed about Adam & Eve is that their default appears one of timing - not act:

"The Melchizedeks counseled Adam not to initiate the program of racial uplift and blending
until his own family had numbered one-half million." (73:7.3)

 However, many of Adam's & Eve's children did not remain on Urantia after their parents' default:

"The Edenic caravan was halted on the third day out from the Garden by the arrival of the seraphic transports from Jerusem. And for the first time Adam and Eve were informed of what was to become of their children. While the transports stood by, those children who had arrived at the age of choice (twenty years) were given the option of remaining on Urantia with their parents or of becoming wards of the Most Highs of Norlatiadek. Two thirds chose to go to Edentia; about one third elected to remain with their parents." (75:6.3)

 But note Adam's & Eve's parental contributions to the Nodite and evolutionary races:

"When Adam and Eve left the Garden, their family consisted of four generations numbering 1,647 pure-line descendants. They had forty-two children after leaving the Garden besides the two offspring of joint parentage with the mortal stock of earth. And this does not include the Adamic parentage to the Nodite and evolutionary races." (74:6.2)

"After becoming established in the second garden on the Euphrates, Adam elected to leave behind as much of his life plasm as possible to benefit the world after his death. Accordingly, Eve was made the head of a commission of twelve on race improvement, and before Adam died this commission had selected 1,682 of the highest type of women on Urantia, and these women were impregnated with the Adamic life plasm. Their children all grew up to maturity except 112, so that the world, in this way, was benefited by the addition of 1,570 superior men and women. Though these candidate mothers were selected from all the surrounding tribes and represented most of the races on earth, the majority were chosen from the highest strains of the Nodites, and they constituted the early beginnings of the mighty Andite race." (76:4.8 )

 And this story might continue, especially if Adam & Eve (or some of their progeny) return to Urantia to resume a mission of uplift,
not necessarily biologic as once planned. ;)

 The current - worldwide - societal experience with COVID-19 (anti-mask, anti-distance protests when scientific evidence abounds why this is necessary) hints that the Melchizedeks have a sense of humor: How were Adam & Eve going to keep 499,999 people from mating outside that isolated group in such primitive conditions (relative to modern times) and there being NO EVIDENCE why this isolation was necessary :?: :!:

Maybe Adam & Eve were tasked with super-human, exemplary leadership.

From today's email (lyrics for sender's own guitar tune)

:sunflower: Original poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

 These lyrics reflect how we might be informed
of a loved one's new life now beginning far away
... also known as "just around the corner". ;)

:bana: True story ...

Years ago, after a friend had passed away, his brother (beneficiary) had not yet disconnected the phone message recorder. Having forgotten about the phone greeting, I called the number days later to see if it had been disconnected and was soon amused to hear the old recording:

"I'm not able to take your call right now - I've gone just around the corner.
Please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible." ;)

Hi Rod,
Thank you for posting the poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye. It is very beautiful and helpful as I contemplate "life" in my now absurdly quiet home.
I also got a chuckle at the phone recording.

:study: Re: https://www.grunge.com/161780/the-untol ... ntichrist/

"It wasn't until 950 A.D., almost a thousand years after Jesus died, that someone wrote down just who exactly this Antichrist guy was going to be. According to PBS, Queen Gerberga (sometimes "Gerbera") of France asked the monk Adso of Montier-en-Der for clarification on details about the Antichrist because the Bible sure didn't have specifics and neither did other church writings. So this one random monk got to make up whatever he wanted, and it went as viral as something could for the Middle Ages."

"Some people see Antichrist everywhere."

 Fascinating history of "The Antichrist".

"First Year, 0-12 Months" (aka "first year of life")

 Apparently, the UB agrees with this perspective: Jesus' "first year of life"
is from birth day to first birthday; from August 21, 7 B.C. to August 21, 6 B.C.
When Jesus turned 1, he entered his "second year of life". ;)

"Jesus was five years old in August of this year (2 B.C.), and we will, therefore,
refer to this as his fifth (calendar) year of life." (123:2.3)
... which began August 21, 3 B.C.

... then add one after Aug 20. of that year.

 Promoting the UB gets more focus but this is the reason for our first season of life
(upon 606 of Satania of Norlatiadek of Nebadon of Ensa of Splandon of Orvonton):

"There are many ways in which you can choose to live your mortal life. There are some who explore everything they find to satisfy their curiosity. There are others who specialize in a few things and explore them in depth. And there are also many others who live as feathers carried by the wind, without a definite destination. Whatever you choose, remember that the reason for your life at this stage is to know the Father and learn to live His will. Once you have achieved certain level of mastery in this area you will start the work your Father has prepared for you."

That was beautifully said, Rod.
Thank you,

"Vatican Rules Out Blessings for Same-Sex Relationships, Despite Calls for Liberalization"

 Intriguing rules of blessing by the different churches - worldwide.
Considering that God is non-interfering, these rules are church rules
... since God does need intermediaries. ;)

Re: https://www.infowars.com/posts/research ... -immortal/
"Researchers Believe It’s Possible To Become Immortal"

 Religion has been teaching this for centuries ...
but caution that human bodies will never be compatible with infinite life :!:

The UB instructs that, after death, a departed human's soul (via seraphim)
and personality (via thought adjuster) immediately leave this solar system,
leaving no human "being" behind.

And this suggests that resurrection after death
can only be spiritual and in a far distant location. ;)

"When man approaches the study and examination of his universe from the outside, he brings into being the various physical sciences; when he approaches the research of himself and the universe from the inside, he gives origin to theology and metaphysics. The later art of philosophy develops in an effort to harmonize the many discrepancies which are destined at first to appear between the findings and teachings of these two diametrically opposite avenues of approaching the universe of things and beings." (103:6.2)

"Your difficulty in arriving at a more harmonious co-ordination between science and religion is due to your utter ignorance of the intervening domain of the morontia world of things and beings. The local universe consists of three degrees, or stages, of reality manifestation: matter, morontia, and spirit." (103:6.7)

 Hints that focus on the science of the UB is myopic when not harmonized with non-material universe reality
(as now being revealed with this epochal revelation). 8)
