Kim, you are welcomed in our home anytime. :) Thank you for your healing help....and you too ms PP. I am trying to remain positive to work in the present and you are right...It is hard but keep trying to redirect my thoughts when I drift into worry. We go by train to the specialist tomorrow. So I will miss the group meditation but you guys, please keep us in your prayers. It may be a tough one.

PP, you are in my prayers. With Kim in your healing corner you have no choice but to heal, eh? :D :sunflower:
Love you guys.
Sandy

Kim thank you for your pm. I have been trying to return with a message keep getting interrupted..been making green juice, sprouted almond milk and planning meals that boost immunity. All is well in my world. All is well in my world. ...

Sandy,
Don't worry about returning PM's, you've got enough to keep you busy. You probably already have a few metaphysical helpers in your arsenal to pair with healthy diet, medical support and positive attitude. There are several crystals that support immunity health, amethyst, fluorite, green calcite...

As I mentioned to you I'm in the part of my book using vibration for healing. I've been taking bee propolis and participating in the mantra toning for chakra cleansing from a recommendation from Eric for my own immunity boosting. Have been pairing the vibration of the singing bowl with crystals, positive affirmations from Louise Hay's book Heal Your Body, EFT tapping, aroma therapy, chakra clearing mantras, color breathing, soothing music, visualizations, and prayer for sending healing. Every time I realize I'm holding my breath in worry for you guys, immediately I mentally switch it into sending some form of healing to you all. It's quite interesting feeling the shift in my mind and body doing this.

While you wait and wonder Sandy, don't forget to take deep cleansing breaths and remember we are right there with you in spirit.

Love to all,
Kim
All is well, all is well...

Thanks somuch Kim,,Ireally appreciate it..
now that the actual attack has passed,,,,it's working on getting the nerves to reconnect...
still in pain,,,although it;s sort of mild,,,,it occurs in pulses,,,
irritating,,aggravating and very energy draining,,,because it is constant....
there is small movements and a lot of mouth and eye twitches...
so I call that improvement...
certainly gives me much time for stillness,,,,,it gives relief....
i go to the crystal cave,,,then the river,,,and a few other healing places...
All is getting better,,,,
much love and appreciation to you and everyone who is helping me
thank you, thank you, thank you

So true!

Think I remember you saying something about the nerve tuning fork. How does it work? Obviously with vibration. It's crazy how much I'm encountering references to vibration lately!

Good to her there's some improvement, that's better than none right? Baby steps. Oh, no! That brought the song Baby Shark to mind...,"Hhhh…"

Sandy how was your day yesterday?

Hi Guys,

Lynn, I am thrilled to hear that there is some improvement. That i a good sign. Nerves take awhile to heal so we will stay with it. I am sorry you are uncomfortable.
Funny you say this... "All is well in my world. " That is the second time I read this today. I too will practice this... and add vibration to my healing meditations. There are so many tools we can choose from eh? I am thinking of what Kim says here...
As I mentioned to you I'm in the part of my book using vibration for healing. I've been taking bee propolis and participating in the mantra toning for chakra cleansing from a recommendation from Eric for my own immunity boosting. It's quite interesting feeling the shift in my mind and body doing this.
Now we aren't talking about all of these in one day...right?

Thanks for all the good prayers... Can't tell you how much it means to us and helps.

Hey guys,
It is late and I am rather sleepy so I may fall asleep in the middle of this. Heck I may be so boring you all fall asleep as well. And there goes the battery on my computer so I better make this quick. Sorry I have been rather absent the past week. I promise I will catch up soon. Just been so tired. Been concentrating on healthy stuff for George... homemade green juice, tomato veggie juice, home made sprouted almond milk. His blood sugar levels are really looking better. Small victories right? :) I so appreciate the healing work and the support sent our way.
I send all of you my love...

Hi Sandy, :hithere

Well done and keep with it it's worth it.
Ever since I was diagnosed with my PC almost 7 years ago ( and an astronomical PSA of 94) I have been juicing.
It varies. Usually a mixture of carrot, beetroot, celery, lemon, apple, ginger, beetroot leaves and whatever else I have on hand.

It's all about the immune system.
As my doctor said the day I was diagnosed - "It all begins in the gut"
The Ginger and Lemon especially are great in keeping the gut in an alkaline state.

I attribute this for me being in the condition that I'm in today.
Seven years ago I was given 5 years max.
Somethings working. Oh and maybe a little help from above.......

Good luck and keep it up. You'll see results. :bana:

Shane.

Sandy,
Great job on the juices, they all sound good to me! Hang in there Sandy and don't for get to take care of your self too. Give George a hug for me.

Shane,
Thanks for chiming in. As I'm sitting here trying to get over a bug, concentrating on immunities and our gut sounds like a good idea for all of us!

Lynn,
'BUGS AWAY INDEED!" Now I automatically go to, "Okay,... what am I supposed to learn from this?" There's so much struggle going on around me and suffering throughout the world. Pretty sure this latest 'bug', is a result of empathy. Today's celestial message really had an impact on me, think I'll spend some time looking inward today.

So glad you're making progress, however slowly. :loves

It's a little cooler today, but the lilacs are blooming, leaves have unfurled, forget-me-knots and lilies of the valley intermingling with the precious fairy flowers! An appropriate day and time for me to take pause.

Sending love, peace, and courage out to the world,
Kim

Well here t is again past bedtime and I am just getting here. Firstly I'd like to thank Shane for his helpful advice about juicing. Today I was wavering and wondering if I was doing the right thing. So, I think I got an answer. Thanks again. :D I'll start adding a little ginger to the juice I'm making too. I think I must introduce all these new and healthy foods and change of diet a bit more slowly. I'm afraid i sort of shocked his poor system. Seems the past few days I spend all my time pouring through raw food cooking (non cooking) books. It is a bit frustrating and too much all at once. so slowing down a bit with everything but the juice.

PP you are in our prayers. I will write soon and catch up...Eric, are you doing okay little brother? Honest I haven't forgotten you guys just exhausted this week. Much of day to day management of our life falls on me right now. Not feeling sorry for myself although LOL it may sound a bit that way. I am seeing blessings all around me though when before I may have simply overlooked them.

Truly enjoying the cool weather and winter.

Enjoy your moment,
Love you guys,
Sandy

Good morning all!
Sandy I think most of us are concentrating on the bushel of problems cropping up lately... I must have gardening on the brain lately.

Anyway, "We have to do what we have to do." I believe all of us can be understanding about that. Taking care of George is your primary concern. It does seem the problem switch is stuck on OPEN these days. My prayer list has turned into a ledger! Stepping back and seeing the pattern, I know eventually, "This too shall pass."

"Breathing and praying, breathing and praying...Breathing and praying..."

Love, peace and courage to everyone,

Good morning all!
I love living so close to nature, but.... am at odds with a certain deer who dearly loves coming to Kim's Salad Bar, didn't think they liked geranium blossoms! And a bear cub demolished the wooden bird feeder a couple of days ago. :grrr Not to mention the chipmunks and squirrels who've claimed almost all of the tulip bulbs I planted last fall!... Stop feeding the birds and growing flowers you say!...N E V E R !!!

The deer has no fear. Well, at least not of human's or dogs, and not completely adverse to the stinky soap shavings spread all over as a deterrent. There's been a bear around for about ten years, but has never been a nuisance on our property before, but this is the first year of having the feeder up.

Anyway, hope everyone is having a respite from their worries today. I'm off to play with little girls and chickens. :bana: :sunflower: :bana:

Just reading the last few posts,,while I have the energy and inspiration to think about them and answer...
Yes Kim (inparticular) I think we have let more of the negativity in than we thought,,,and it does have a tendency to express in the physical. I think we 'expressed'...
I think the major attack has finally stopped,,,but still a ways to go for facial movement....

my garden has 'erupted' iris" blooming like crazy,,,beans growing,,,will need trellis soon.

meanwhile,,,it's been raining for 24 hrs,,,,keep my greenery nice and green....I'm enjoying it!!
and the forest needs it,,,Bless the rain!!

ok,,,head starting to hurt,,,
love you all

Good evening!
Lynn, sounds like your improving slowly but surely. Keep it up sister! :sunflower:

We had such a wonderful day today. The girls came to my house and it was magical. It's been so long since they've come to play! Even though it was an exceptionally beautiful day out, it didn't compare to Grandma's toy room. Looks like an explosion happened down there, but the girls were thoroughly delighted. Nova was wearing three layers of dresses and tutus and so many necklaces, crowns, and bracelets I thought she might fall over. She walked up to me asking, "How do I look?" Was able to capture their glee with my phone. Clementine played down there for a full two hours alone while Nova napped, just as happy as could be, never once asked to do anything else. We had fruit smoothies and animal crackers for snack, then went out to play in their little pool, read books(winter books no less!) and went to look at the gardens and fairy flowers one more time, when suddenly it was time to go home. Nova was pretty sad to leave, but had a complete change of heart when Rachel said they could come back out tomorrow! I honestly feel like the luckiest grandma in the world. :D So grateful for my blessings. :happy

It is really pretty here too Lynn. Trees and grass are green and lush, the japonica and iris are just starting to pop, so far only the brown velvety, and deep blue swamp lake ones. Lilacs are in full bloom everywhere, bugleweed groundcover is gorgeous, spurge is quite pretty, wind flowers budding out, and the few geraniums I have left look great! The temperature just dropped 20 degrees, hope it's going to rain.

Sandy, I think and pray for you and George often and hope this evening finds you feeling surrounded by celestial love and healing.

I am sorry you are having to go through this, Lynn and that I have been a little distracted and mostly away the past week or so.
You are in my thoughts and I keep you close in my heart.

Kim, the deer got so bad at eating everything in my dad's garden the past 5 years that now he doesn't even bother planting anything. They have less habitat and really haven't much choice in their area. And I would never encourage anyone to stop gardening or loving/feeding nature's friends. ;) Now as for the bear  ... ai yi yi.

I was thrilled to hear of your day with your grandaughters... what fun!!! Reminds me of my preschool days. Oh geez... now I hear the song in my head.. "Those wee the days"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3KEhWTnWvE

It is a gorgeous day here...Oh no! I just remebered the load of clothes sitting in my washer that needs to go out on the line... :?
Will be a miracle if they dry now... But miracles, especially when aided by a stiff breeze, do happen.
Stay safe. :hithere

Lynn,
Your rain found us! So lush and green around here I can't see between the trees! Did you send the mosquitoes too!

Sandy,
It makes me a little sad your dad doesn't plant anything anymore. Anticipating life renewing the cycle after a long winter is a balm for the spirit. :sunflower: :sunflower: :sunflower:

Ha! We haven't had a song posting in a long time! "Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end..." Well, I've got my song for the day!

Did you clothes dry?

The girls came over again yesterday! :D :happy :) I was just sitting on the couch with a huge smile on my face watching them play in the toy room with Aleah's old dollhouse. Someone else might have come into the room and been aghast! Toys were all over the floor knee high! The girls were giggling in the glory of their co-operative scenario. My thought was, "This is just how kids play! The chaos can be cleared when they're done... and the memories will go into Grandma's Precious Moments Book. Later Tiny asked if she could have a little TV time. It had been raining all day. I agreed, but reminded her we needed to have snack and clean up the toy room first. While Nova and I finished snack and took care of the dishes, Tiny ran downstairs. By the time we arrived, three-quarters of the room was sparkling clean. She'd put things back where they belonged and was carefully arranging the pillows on the closet 'princess bed'! I was still reveling in the wonder of that, while making bunnies out of Play Doh, Nova smiled broadly at me and said, "I love you Grammy!" Don't think I could have asked for anything nicer from that wonderful little two-year-old. :bana:

The deer saga continues! While talking outside with Rachel she was telling me how an animal had come into their backyard flower garden and snipped off the poppies and lilies that were just about to bloom. She thought it must have been a deer, although they've never had problems before. Just then Tiny said, "Well, there's a deer right there!!!" We looked up, and sure enough a doe walked right out of the woods toward us just like she owned the place. There were four people and three dogs in the yard and it didn't even phase her! Stopping about fifteen feet away staring at us, I knew she was contemplating, "Hmmm, now how am I going to get to the salad bar?" My dog just walked slowly away, went and lay in the sun in the driveway not surprised in the least with our visitor. Rachel's two little puggles stood there while we all stared at each other for a minute, when the female finally realized, "Hey! You're not supposed to be here!" They were nose to nose and she started growling. The deer unfazed, half heartedly lurched at the dog. Rachel called the dogs as she and Tiny took a few steps toward their car. I picked up Nova, but stood my ground ready to give that deer a piece of my mind! Wagging a finger at her I said, "No! You don't get any more of my flowers! There's plenty for you to eat in the woods!

The deer was about ten feet away from me continuing to stare. I could tell she wasn't rattled or intimidated what so ever. Reminded me of talking to my kids as teens. They knew they were smarter, bigger and faster than me, …. but...there... might... be... consequences if they didn't listen. She decided to concede,... this time. Walking slowly to the edge of the woods twenty feet away, she ripped some leaves off Dave's red maple, turned facing toward us and began stripping the leaves off some small saplings, not leaving that spot for ten minutes.

Rachel couldn't believe that deer had no fear! Of course she captured the whole thing on her phone. I commented, "I told you she was bold!" As soon as they left I raced inside to get my stinky soap and cheese grater. Mumbling to myself the whole time I grated the soap all around the plants the deer liked best. I didn't feel one bit generous and giving.

Today is a radiant, sunny, breezy day... going out to put up more fencing around the gardens.

Hope you all are basking in the glory of your day... or night, whatever the case may be!

(((((((Ruth)))))))
We miss you! George and I were just thinking about you and your visit the other day.

It is becoming late here after a gorgeous day. Just getting to my computer again after a lazy start and a much needed phone conversation with my daughter-in-law, Kara. It has been an up and down kind of week, but what weeks aren't as of late. . I always enjoy coming here and listening to everyone's daily and weekly adventures. Such is the stuff life is made of, eh? Memories... making memories and appreciating those moments that fly past us like shooting stars. Oh if only I could reach up and grab them and make them last longer.

Kim, You have so much fun with Tiny and Nova... and when you write you happily drag the rest of us along with you. What a hoot. :sunflower:
My boys could really fill up a room too with their scattered toys. It never bothered me. I guess I loved toys as much as they did. Some grown up huh?
I got my hands dirty yesterday. :) It was nice...very healing as I cleaned out the dying :( pumpkin vines. It as sad to see them go but I was grateful for what they produced and I told them so. LOL NO they didn't answer me. But after all was said and done, I was amazed how much they had grown and covered in the course of just a few months. All that from one little seed. Nature is truly amazing!

Have a great week end everybody, :hithere
