questions about AC track 1

questions about AC track 1

hello guys
on track 1 i always have trouble imagning that im a rose bush in a garden :(
do i HAVE to be the rose bush? or is it ok if i just look at a rose bush?
i always fall asleep during the meditation too
:oops: but hopefully one day ill be succesful

Hi rapslow,

Likely you are too comfortable or too tired.

Mornings are best, and sit on a kitchen chair, not your bed.

The rosebush -- just imagine that you imagine that you imagine -- and that's good enough.

Bet it's improved your sleeping patterns. :wink:

and yea It definitely helped me to sleep better
I used to have insomnia often but nowdays i fall alseep in minutes

hello everyone,
I'm trying to get back in to my spiritual journey and I wanted to ask for help!
I've lost the AC CD and I cannot find a way to buy the CD or can't find the mp3 file that i made from the CD.
I've been meditating with the Monroe music on Youtube without much results.
could someone send me the AC files to my email please?
