Laura, Keep persisting with your meditation.......keep your breath slow so you don't hyperventilate.... If you let your sister 'win' then you can have a little chuckle later.....It's hard when we are actually going through these experiences..... it's often in hindsight that we can look back and laug...

Hi Gypsie and Sandy, The boating accident was a terrible tragedy just near Taronga Park, Sandy, quite a few people were killed, some of them from Balmain. Prayers for them and their families, how terrible. Gypsie, I was at the Unity Hotel on Monday night...my friend just ran in to use the ladies.......
