Akashic CD

I have just recieved my CD today

Could anyone tell me if it is better to listen in the morning or evening?

Hi Amy,

Its probably best to listen to it in the early morning, before the family get up, when all is quiet and peaceful... in the evening we can be too tired and the minds full of the events of the day... having said that, we are probably more relaxed in the evenings .... i'm not really an expert... sorry...

Hi Amy

I like to do mine when the house is empty or in the evening as I am a bit lazy in the morning

I find sitting in a chair keeps me in the AC because sometimes if I lay down I fall asleep

Hiya Amy, I tried to give an answer last night but I couldn't send it. Anyway, like Sarah, first thing in the morning, as opposed to night time is best for me, but I found listening to it outside in nature was the best for me!

Also, I moved your thread to the Akashic Construct forum, hope that's cool with you?

I visit the Construct anytime when " time " permits it I guess. When I first started I did it in the mornings or around lunch time.

I've never thought about listening outside...great idea

Although the skeeter are horrible right now !! The fumes from the bug spray may be a bit distracting....

I listen to the CD at night before bed. This is when its quietest for me and also I find that my dreams are more informative.

Hey Anne, skeeters, as in mozzies?? Darn those pesky insects! There was one in my room yesterday while I was trying to get better, it was making that irritating noise and I went to squat it. Phil witnessed this and said surprised: "Pet!! That creature has as much right to be living right now as you do!!"

So I let it bite my backside...hehehe...and my arm and foot!!
