Hi, All!
Remember that meditation takes commitmment and that instant revelations are not likely to happen right away, perhaps for a long time. Do not get discouraged or think that you're doing it wrong. The important thing is that you are doing it at all!
It's a journey of self-realization, not a sprint to the spiritual finish line. I personally have had to learn a lot about myself and the way I react to the world. For me, images and conversations rush in for a concentrated period of time, then abate for awhile, perhaps a long while.
What I'm trying to convey is, "Don't quit if in a few weeks time you don't have all the answers to the universe." It's about learning, accepting, then learning some more. And not thinking that you are way behind everybody else, you are right where you need to be.
