I used visions and intent:
The root chakra appears to my index finger.I declare that this is the outer manifestation of the inner one.
Then i touch my stomach area.
I felt heat,to the point i was smelling feces and the meat i had eat some hours before.
I move down to the sacral area (water chakra below navel) and i place my index finger there.
Heat started to spread again,and this time there was a smell of urine, fats,and liquids (in general).

Thing is that for the moment i can't duplicate it cause i don't remember all the steps i did to trigger this manifestation
For sure i used vision to bridge from the inner to the physical,but something's missing

I declare:(what was going to happen the next seconds)

'' A chakra is coming from the east,filling me with strength and energy'':

I imagine a chakra shaped vortex coming from the easter side of the room,taking place above my heart chakra center,emanating energy to my body by spinning clockwise..

I felt tingles spreading to my whole body,as long as i could keep my focus to the vision.

Vision:
The root chakra shape has four holes.
From each one of them,energy from the directions are coming in..

I felt stability strength.l and self confidense.
The term '' solid as a rock'' describes it perfectly.
Also i noticed that the vibe was making other people to ''back up''.

I'm not too familiar with the chakra system, but know of them. In your own words can you explain what they mean to you?

In 2008, what lead me here- were the colors red and green.

I think sometimes they represent the base and heart chakra. Even if it's more than that.

It would be nice to hear your thoughts.

I'm Greek my friend
I was introduced to study and learn about chakras (and the anatomy of the energy body in general),due to a shaman that did a travel for me in order to find a spirit guide for me to help with some issues i had back then.
She traveled to the upper worlds and she bumped upon a spirit that told her things about me...
One of them was to use the mantra LAM in order to ground my self...

I did a quick research, to find about the mantra,what it does,etc...
For some months i was trying to activate it with no results. Until one day i did it... From that point i knew the mechanism and how to trigger them. Of course i dived into books with mantras and chakras,activating almost everything that was entering my perception.. Mantras, chakras,nadis,this and that, etc...

To answer your question,i know chakras from books and infos.Spinning energetic centers that are part of our energy body.
Some people can see them..

If i could recommend a more '' western'' approach to work (at some extent) with the energy body,it would be the book from Robert Bruce' 'Energy Work' '.
It is based more on visualization teqniques that are very interesting to experiment with.

At a bottom level,they are all triggers and interfaces to tap upon your own energetic structure.

Sometimes the sahasrara (crown) chakra,gets active and i can feel small drops falling on my head.
I saw somewhere the description of being like those small fireworks over birthday cakes.
I think it fits the idea..
