Happy Holidays and Looking ahead to 2026

Happy Holidays, everyone!
I'm a little late. Haven't been on my computer this past week or so...but you've been in my thoughts.

2026 is almost here. Does anybody have any thoughts as to how we can make the new year more meaningful and light-filled? How do we keep love and optimism in our hearts when it seems the world is trying its best to knock it out of us.

I was thinking that perhaps in the new year, we could have an informal meditation/stillness club/challenge. Any ideas? guidelines etc...
and/or maybe a Urantia book study thread... Maybe meet online once a month to discuss highlights, make connections, and strengthen support networks. Another thought could center on a monthly guest writer... for instance, we could invite someone to start a thread with information on crystal uses in healing, etc. LOL, of course, we need access to experienced and knowledgeable people in such areas. That could be tricky.
Well, anyway, please think about it and feel free to share your thoughts and ideas here or in a pm.

I hope everyone is safe and happy wherever you sit on the planet. Together, we can make the new year something special.

love,
Sandy

Hi Sandy!

Happy New Year!!! I am very excited for 2026. I can already feel the potential, there is so much inspiration in the air.

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

You know I am here, and will be there when you want to meditate together or talk about the UB.

Sending my loving energies to those who I have interacted with on this forum over the years.

----The God Ideal is always my go to for meaningful and light-filled experiences.

Something incredible is happening in my circles and the work place. There are a few employees whom I feel connected to through Christ. And our new business operations manager feels very in tune with the holy spirit. The word he got for 2026 is Legacy. This is his personal experience with God, who gives him a word for every year. For 2025 it was build, and he tells me the experience is not always how he envisioned it. Which shows his receptivity to God as the teacher. What really inspires me is his desire to provide service to others. Legacy to him is about glorifying the Kingdom. And I feel this is something the employees align with, even if they do not articulate their philosophical attitudes.

He also told me 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse according to the Chinese zodiac.
How cool!?

Check this out:
"The Year of the Fire Horse 2026 brings boldness and change, urging us to lead our lives with courage while staying centered."

How can one make this new year more meaningful? Recognize we are all Gods children, learning Love and daring to Love. As it states in the Bible,
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you"

And whenever you're feeling weighed down by the world, remember how much Care this powerful force that is Love has for you. Remember that our differences are something to appreciate, that it's ok to laugh at your self, that you ARE learning and are growing. Remember your sense of AGENCY, where you work on the things you CAN control which frees you from the things you can't.

When you're feeling fearful or anxious, bring them into the light. Question these energies, address them with a rational mind. All of this is a practice for a lifetime. Have Faith these times are for you. A gift by Beloved God.
With a little humility and a sigh of relief- we will achieve.

Love you Sister!
