My PM's are not sending

I am having problems sending PM's to people. I can send myself a PM but not others, they just stay in my outbox.
I've tried sending to Geoff, Sandy and AJ for help but they just sit in my outbox.
Any suggestions?

This board isn't so active anymore- seems we get plenty of visitors and readers. You aren't a new member and I believe you have enough post to send PM's(I think there's a rule with that)... So maybe the person you're intended on sending the message to hasn't received it because they haven't logged in??
