Thanks for posting the link. I think you need to listen to this remix with headphones to get the full effect. And I agree, the video is visually stunning. The macaw is such a beautiful bird of paradise. Their colours are amazing. It is pretty awesome how they can mimic human speech, even full sentences. I’ve always been fascinated with birds.

This song reminds me of the Flight of the Eagle guided meditation. I should really try that one again. The visualization is very uplifting.

I find that sometimes music can have a healing effect. These are the medicine songs. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of new age Spanish music. I’d like to share a couple of these songs that hit a certain chord with me.

The first is called Machi by Peia. A Machi is a medicine woman. When she hits that high note I can feel it go right through me. And the video serves as a wonderful reminder of the beauty of this planet.

It’s interesting that these songs would stand out to me before I even knew what they were about. Both have a common theme of healing by natural elements. Nature does indeed heal us, and in turn it is us who must care for the natural world. Our beautiful Mother Earth!

I just listened to this beautiful music that touches the soul. I believe that we often receive songs, words of wisdom, ... inspiration, and healing when it is needed most and these songs came for me at just the right time.
