Whoa! I'm not going to excerpt any of this brilliant description of one man's enlightenment. I'll just say it is a wonderful read (or listen to the audio by Liz Helgesen). This was one so valuable that I downloaded the audio file so that I might listen to it whenever my old emotional go-to-battle pattern rears its ugly head.

Thanks again Welles for this timely article.

Man did I need to read that. It is going to take me a little time, though, for it to sink in. Sometimes we wrap ourselves so tightly in the anger it is hard to unwrap. :roll: :)
