11:11 Angels Message Board

Hello,

I looked around to see if there was a section for just saying hello. Didn't find one, so sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section.

Around 12 years ago or so, I used to belong to this group. Loved it but there was a lot of changes in my life and I fell off the spiritual and mediation wagon for years.

However I don't think mediation is in the near future anytime soon, way too many distractions where I live now. But during my mediation experiences from years ago. They were amazing and eye opening, I have never forgotten what experienced.

I am looking forward to catching up and learning other's experiences.

You are talking to the "distraction queen" lately. So I understand completely.
With that said, though, meditation doesn't need to be a full blown affair...sometimes we meditate as we observe something that touches our heart. Beauty...truth can be revealed in those moments. And this connection is formed with spirit in so many ways... even housework...blah ...yep, we can become quiet and peaceful as we drift in mindless tasks. One of my most profound messages came when I was washing dishes. (You'd think with all that I'd be a super housekeeper. ...ell...not so great...

Good to see you again! Where have the years gone!

Life is truly distracting. As for falling off the spiritual band wagon, we've all been there. Maybe you could share what brought you back to the boards?
