OMG! How legal definitions finesse the problem!
So, what would be "indecent assault with consent"?

Re: https://www.npr.org/2010/02/05/12337619 ... ro-degrees
"Scientists Keep Water Liquid Far Below Zero Degrees" :o

"Water, it turns out, is reluctant to freeze. Ice crystals prefer something to form on - a particle of dust will work, or a rough surface.
The scientific team found that dust-free water on a smooth, clean surface will drop well below 32 Fahrenheit (zero Celsius) before it freezes.
In this state, the water is called 'supercooled.' But once one crystal does form, the supercooled water will freeze rock-solid in an instant." 8)

:bana: True story ...

My garage refrigerator's freezer (garage has been about 40 degrees these colder days) has five plastic, one-gallon bottles of water
kept frozen for extra refrigerator cooling on hot summer days. Two of the bottles, normally frozen*, were liquid! How does this happen? :?
The NPR link explains how. Apparently, the two bottles' contents were dust free and internal surfaces were smooth. As the article explains,
when I brought the bottles out into room temperature (40F), the water instantly froze. 8)

* These bottles had thawed in another refrigerator (not freezer) but did not re-freeze
in the garage refrigerator freezer for several days (why I noticed the phenomenon).

:( By this time it was too late to sip the supercooled water to become a Super Cool Dude,
but I was becoming super cool standing there in my bedtime clothing.

"Her recent victory earns her access to the Epson Tour but it also takes away

 Considering that medical expertise has a long way to go before binary biological gender can be changed,
it's expected than perceived gender will keep being redefined. After all, the brain has millions (billions?)
of neurons that keep the biological anatomy functional during the evolution of a perception. ;)

Interestingly, these videos hint that many UFOs are visual

Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_diabetes
"History of diabetes"

"The Ebers Papyrus is among the oldest and most important medical papyri of Ancient Egypt ...
prescribed for treatment: 'A measuring glass filled with Water from the Bird pond, Elderberry,
Fibres of the asit plant, Fresh Milk, Beer-Swill, Flower of the Cucumber, and Green Dates'.

Urinary troubles in the adult were also corrected with 'rectal injections of olive oil, honey,
sweet beer, sea salt, and seeds of the wonderfruit'."

 While ancient diet might have been related to diabetes then, modern food (over)processing
seems more explanatory for Type 2 diabetes now. That honey was part of treatment suggests
its curative components (despite the sugar). Incidentally, "you can bet your sweet a--"
is probably a medically-unrelated modern expression.

:study: Re: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3062586/
"Why were 'starvation diets' promoted for diabetes in the pre-insulin period?"

 Even today, intermittent fasting is recommended to cure Type 2 diabetes.
The secret may be that insulin resistant cells stay resistant, with cure being their
eventual (natural) replacement by new cells. Rather than fasting, this hints that
a longer period of not stressing new cells with too many carbs (these maintain
excess insulin which begins to stress the new cells).

 Best guess: Type 2 cure requires a low carb diet for a long period (year?),
with care not to let any meal stimulate too much insulin. Tips: a glucometer
is neccessary to learn one's glucose response to specific foods; heavily-advertised
snack foods promote more insulin; exercise causes muscles to burn glucose. ;)

"The event sees thousands of men strip down to loincloths and clash in a huge scrum
as they fight to touch a completely naked man who is designated the shin-otoko or 'god man',
in the hope that it will bring them good fortune for the new year."

 The greater good fortune may be not contracting a virus,
regardless of successful contact with the shin-otoko. ;)

:study: Postscript (month later) ...

Re: https://www.cnn.com/travel/japan-last-n ... index.html
"Japan’s millennia-old ‘naked man festival’ ending because of population decline" :o

"the event, said to have run for over 1,000 years at the secluded Kokusekiji Temple,
was held for the last time on Saturday, becoming the latest Japanese tradition to fall victim
to the country’s aging population crisis ... organizers of the festival conceded they had been
unable to find enough willing young participants to alleviate the pressures placed on
aging locals who are unable to keep up with the demands of the ritual."

 "Population decline" refers to fewer young men willing to participate, hinting that
even young men "are unable to keep up with the demands of the ritual"? First guess:
In such cold weather, bodies need a more "mature" layer of fat.

Re: https://www.amazon.com/Chemtrails-are-n ... B09X49TGWB
"Chemtrails are not Contrails: The Face of Evil" (April, 2022)

"We have published more than thirty articles in the peer-reviewed scientific and medical literature
disclosing the results of our forensic scientific investigations of chemtrails, including their devastating
consequences on our planet and on human and environmental health." :o

 LOL (or not): The internet is still 99% certain that "chemtrails don't exist", apparently.
That contrails now spread for miles then distribute into long-lasting haze is amazing
(maybe it's new jet fuel with sun blocking chemicals).

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it ..." comes to mind. ;)

:sunflower: Observation the next day ...

This North Texas area east of the DFW airport is great for observing
both contrails and chemtrails! This morning's cold sky was clear until
planes began spraying the typical crisscross patterns (which soon
diffuse into haze over a broad area).

Several times, it was easy to spot two similar jets at similar altitudes,
one spewing contrail (1/4 mile long), the other chemtrail (miles long).
The contrail did not (and never does) create long lasting haze! ;)

This suggests that Chemtrails are definitely not Contrails but might
be renamed to SumTrails (sum of what people know are not Contrails)
... or "That's some trail up there that doesn't exist!"

 Considering the equipment needed to spray chemtrails,
those planes would not be transporting passengers or cargo.
And they would have filed flight plans (in case investigators
wish to research what those planes are doing up there).

Best guess: That research will never be disclosed,
unless revealed by a new AI (like Neo?).
