I love this interpretation of Karma. It has the clarity I associate with truth. To appreciate the idea the whole short article must be read because it is presented in a question and answer format (Socratic method) to elicit enlightenment.

I too have been more impacted by the lingering effects of this article than I first realized- going back to neural pathways and realizing regret, self-pity and various negative emotions are habits that need to be cleansed- where new pathways of positive affirmation are formed and pervade...
