Looking for a book? I'm reading/doing a book called "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie. With fascinating results. She has a series of four questions you ask yourself. No beliefs or dogma. You are basically asking yourself questions and it helps release you from thoughts or beliefs you've been clinging to. I've only been doing it a couple of weeks and I love it. I've done some course in miracles work but this has been more of a jet plane compared to that. I caught myself the other day completely in the moment, like I was seeing the world but I wasn't really connected to my body. It lasted about 10 minutes but I never felt that spirirtually connected in my life. I think that it was some of the beliefs I was challenging that morning that helped. Anyhow, much love in your search for the truth.

Dear think about that,
I read "Loving What IS" and I totally agree! It is an awesome book with 4 simple, yet potentially life changing, questions.

Love
Morning Light

I love Byron Katie and have watched her do 'the work' on many occasions. She caused a real shift in me a few years ago and after a time I didn't need to explore the four questions and turnaround, instead it was automatic for me.

One of favourite s is:

Whose business are you in? Are you in your own business, your neighbours business or God's business? That simple sentence has kept me strictly in my own business. Fabulous! :D

That's very odd: I didn't write above - faffle and waffle! What's happening?

Do you mean that you wrote: "I love Katie....."
but instead, you got: "I love Flaffle and Waffle Katie....." ?

I'm curious, because that sort of thing has happened to me before in this Forum. I wasn't even able to correct it before posting..... I could change anything else in my post, but not that one thing that I did not actually write.

Hope I don't sound too "odd"

BTW,
Did Think About That meant to write "Flaffle and Waffle Katie"? or just "Katie"?

Cheers, Brian.

It's her name. She is b-y-r-o-n Katie but goes by the name of Katie. Not sure it's her real name. Just odd that it gets rejigged so to speak :)

Byron Katie must not be liked by someone

I've posted her name correctly, though.

EDIT:
errrrmmmmm..... no I didn't !!! Couldn't!!

Any one else want to try? Seriously.....

I tried posting her name in a different forum and was successful, though.
Also, if you type it in "bold" format it's fine : Byron Katie.
Otherwise, Byron Katie is what comes out.

Thanks Geoff - thought I was going a little nuts for a moment!

Anyway, Katie is wonderful and has helped an enormous amount of people become unstuck - me included :)
