You are definitely in my prayers! George is also dealing with type 2 diabetes over here. So if you ever wish to commiserate or put how heads together over the subject please just shoot me a pm.

The UB Cooking Index is currently incomplete because last week I accidentally deleted about half of it. But I am in the process of slowly putting it back together. So hopefully within a couple weeks it will be fully functional and complete again.
