Some time ago Dr. Lissa Rankin experienced a major spiritual awakening. She wrote this article about the event. There are many types of spiritual and religious experiences. Those articles were both wonderful and very helpful I think. (I've saved them too) It underscores I think something people may find surprising, the vulnerability of one after such an experience. My own mother had one many, many years ago and because she had no help in understanding what occurred she wound up being totally misunderstood and suffered a nervous breakdown.

Overall these experiences can be awesomely spiritually life changing... something to cherish with every fiber of your being. I truly loved listening to her speak of her enlightenment and the advice she provides... Thank you Welles!
