I spoke to my mom earlier this morning... It was good to hear her sweet voice, the best present I could get...And then I come here and see this beautiful Mothers Day artwork you have devised in celebration of the event for moms everywhere. It tickles my heart and is a feast for my eyes. As I study in detail, my soon to be (hopeful) "artist's eye is taking in all the nuances you provided which give the art depth and substance, pulling it outwards from its flat form, things I may have forgotten in the years away from my brushes and paint.
But it is the sentiment and peaceful vibrations, stemming from you, that warms the soul the most. Thank you, Welles, for all you do not only on this special day but every day that enlightens and brightens our days...
