I've been practicing stillness all the time now. It has affected the household. My teenagers are a lot
calmer too. I tend to not watch movies so much (I got rid of all TV channels years ago) and listen to
music instead or simply have a chat and a laugh and a game of something like Dominoes. But more often
than not, I tend to want to be very still, very quiet and on my own.

Sounds wonderful Petra... Between you and Welles 's article above, I plan on doing my own sitting...extensive sitting because I know there is some avoidance going on in my life as I "sidestep" some inner stuff. (I've become a good "dancer" since G's heart problems.)
Anyway, Thank you Welles... this article has been a good reminder to me and one that is another keeper to read again when and if I fall into "forgetfulness."
