hello everybody
it was nice reading some of ur topics and how things made you happy and changed ur life
as for me i also been seeing the 11:11 12:12 111 222... prompts for a while but mostly the 11:11 and 111 !
and i also know that some1 is watching over me
anyways as i was saying this happend to me right now so i decided to share it with u
i was reading your stories for like an hour and a half and my eyes started 2 hurt me from the computer screen
so i closed my eyes and said to my self i wish i can see an angel right now !!!
i opened my eyes looked @ the clock and it was 12:12 !!!
so u guys all made my day thank you all

anyways i also want 2 share this story actualy its a dream i had from like 3 years ago
and i know that saint charbel is my angel
im from beirut lebanon we have a saint called st. charbel u can google him and know everything about him he made so many miracles
i mean i love hik so much i think about him all the time i have photos of him in each room in my place and i think he is my guardian angel
so 1 day i dreamed about him he showed up in my dreams i was on my knees crying and he was holding my hand
the image still in my head since then and im so glad that i saw him in my dream i will never forget it
so i guess saint charbel is my angel

I would like to see my guardians as well, but I still have a limited "6th sense" (or extrasensory abilities), so I haven't seen much yet. It also possible that they will hide themselves until there is zero chance that I will freak out.

Freaked out as in a gut reaction to a surprising event. If I were to be holding a drink while it happened, I would probably spill it. That's why I have a rule, nothing big is allowed to happen while I'm holding something.

There are meditation exercises that we can do daily, Shanti, that can assist us, help us, to open our senses to the unseen, the angels and our celestial cousins. Sometimes people call this, opening our inner senses, because we can develop them through practicing some type of stillness and meditation. However, there are people who seem blessed or gifted with these abilities and have had them for as long as they can remember.
For me, though, I work towards a closer relationship with the higher beings and I accept and enjoy the contact in what ever form is good for me... I am not nearly as visible as I wish to be but I can hear and feel when our celestial friends are about. This depends on my state of "openness" though. There are times where, because of my emotions and life troubles, these things seem to shut down for me... But in reality they are always there,these abilities, and much like riding a bike, it is possible to take them up again when I choose and when I have worked past any blocks that I may have formed.

Well said, Sandy - am the same way. I close myself off when dealing with troubles -- but when I open myself up, purposefully, I feel the LARGENESS of life around me.
One thing has bothered me though .. I have seen actual ghosts in the past and consider myself very psychic.

Wow...that is a very difficult question and well out of my realm of understanding because I suspect you have much in the way of psychic abilities that I do not have developed at this time. I have known other people on the board who share this type of ability. Often times they have been visited by images, thought forms, ghosts... whatever one wished to call it, from those who have passed. So in truth, I am not the best person to attempt to answer what you have asked.

I wonder though, looking from my husband George's ability... he saw celestials his whole life and on some occasions, passed on humans as well...In the instances that come quickly to mind, one was a need to know basis as he saw a young girl's essence, what was real and everlasting about her leave her material body...and on another...a just passed relative came to take a look at his daughter. Why that was important I suppose one couldn't say...But perhaps our needs, just as on earth, are covered in death as well as in life. So I am hoping that your mother was at peace and this indicates that she had said her good byes and so perhaps was ready to move on with joy into the next realm... that she was caught up in the excitement of what was on the horizon and knew beyond a doubt that when your time comes she will be there to welcome you.... that the seeming separation will not last forever. Peace and understanding is a very freeing thing.

Well...as for me, I am hoping someone with more experience in this area will come along with insight into your question, cin.

I put this on my Facebook "thinggy" on Sunday May 26, 2013.

And I wrote back: "Perhaps your faith is greater than mine in that they don't need to show up, for you to know they are there. Consider!"

When I was 5, all those Midwayers were my father's political friends, I thought,
or the (many) guys he defended in the courts if they could not afford a lawyer.
(My dad was a true socialist, even a true communist -- responsible for everyone.)
The house was full of those people he assisted.
By 18 years of age those "people" were all gone from my life.
When my kids were grown up, they were back, and I told them they were ghosts.
"Go back into your graves and rest up. The angels will come and take a busload of you guys to heaven."

They were not amused !

What makes you think your "critters" are ghosts, and not Midwayers, cin ?
