I spent a long time on two particular posts that I cannot find.

Maybe it's a screw up on my part, but I am just asking.

I didn't any of the content of my posts "wrong" or out of line. If
mods disagree, ok with me, but I won't be bothering to work on
posts if they will be deleted without even mentioning as to the reason
for such.

If I am wrong, please accept my apology. If my posts are being deleted,
without warning or even with any acknowledgment, I need to know so I
don't waste time on posts that are being deleted.

Two threads were pulled this week, and the OP's were advised. I don't recall you posted on them, but I will go see. We rarely do that, but it was in our opinion necessary. No you had not posted in either. You can search for all your posts, using the advanced search. The board automatically purges old threads in a number of forums, old being 90 days with no action. If we have a problem with your posts, you will certainly know.

You have a post count of 10. I just checked, all ten are on the board. The post count is not reset if a post is deleted, and my post count is way under my real posts, because some years back I stupidly got the board to recount posts. And I and many long timers lost some thousands of posts from our post count, of purged posts. So all is well, you have not lost any posts.

Something that has been happening to me is I will write and write on a post in my usual long winded way, taking a bit of time in the process. I hit submit and sometimes instead of going to submit and to the place on the board where it is supposed to go my post is shown as a preview. If I haven't noticed this I click it away and then it is gone. I have lost several posts and pms in this way. At first I thought I was mistaken and hitting preview instead of submit but I am now sure this is not the case.

I really didn't want to think my posts were being nuked without me even
being told about it. I am still feeling my way along here to some extent.
And it's quite possible I get into content that you don't feel belongs here.

I guess maybe what I thought I posted was posted some where else. I don't
know. Or maybe I screwed something else up. Regardless, glad to know
I didn't post anything worthy of offending and being deleted.
