Mysteries Marvels Miracles: In the Lives of the Saints is a 480 (500+ new edition) page book with incredible detail on the lives of some of the worlds most famous saints and the miracles they performed. All of her books have a general theme of Catholicism and aim to show the power of god and the amazing miracles the saints performed.

If Geoff is reading this, there is a great section on transverberation, and it is described as an angel piercing the heart of a saint and all of gods divine love and bliss just flowing. They also describe this as sometimes very painful in the heart area. I think you have described the same sensations of pain and love in some of your posts.

The author Joan Carroll Cruz, is an amazing religious researcher and has a number of other books that are equally outstanding as the mysteries marvels and miracles. I also hear that she is from New Orleans, and still lives down here. Hopefully one day i can meet her and give my thanks for all the research and effort she put into compiling these amazing historical accounts of miracles.
