Well last couple days I had a 111 sighting on a license plate and one again on the internet following a congress bill online. Did you know that this is the 111th Congress?

sorry us americans are a little american-centric on the internet, which is really outdated. Congress is the legislative branch of US government and a bill is a piece of legislation being hashed out in Congress before it becomes law.
