it is wonderful...to be bonded with god/creator/om again....

instead...of asking for things of the physical...why not ask more ????

we know..he is with us 24/7.....

why not ask for more profound 'stuff'....????

i am not suggesting that numbers are not profound.....that is not what i try to imply...

he can make a huge difference in our lives....he can move mountains...miracles.

soooo...why not ask for such ?

The Conversations with God book - I love to play a game with it; when I have a particular issue that I am needing guidance on I grab the book and hold it for several moments and pray asking that God have me open the book to what I need to help me. Works every time!

I have A LOT of reading to do! LoL. But I just love books, and have been meaning to pick this one up...

I did that like 30 odd years ago with the bible and i thought it was really cool ..........till..........I made the mistake of telling another person about it ( pure excitement ? ) and that person told another ....and she said .........." what a primitive way to read the bible!!!!!!!!!!!"

being a kid at the time and this lady was a religious person of advanced age ..........need i say ........i got very scared

(by the way ...the other person was my mother)

There may be a more "proper" definition of primitive, but when I think "primitive" I think about ancient cultures...and sometimes I think they knew WAY more than our "advanced" culture!
