questions about AC track 1

hello guys
on track 1 i always have trouble imagning that im a rose bush in a garden
do i HAVE to be the rose bush? or is it ok if i just look at a rose bush?
i always fall asleep during the meditation too
but hopefully one day ill be succesful

Hi rapslow,

Likely you are too comfortable or too tired.

Mornings are best, and sit on a kitchen chair, not your bed.

The rosebush -- just imagine that you imagine that you imagine -- and that's good enough.

Bet it's improved your sleeping patterns.

I used to have insomnia often but nowdays i fall alseep in minutes
