"Brought" Here Last Night!!!

Last night I searched the Internet for "12:34." I had intentions of searching for this months and months ago, but until last night I had never remembered to do so. I was completely astonished to find anything at all, much less a whole e-community of people I evidently need to know.
For years now, multiple times per week, I glance at a digital clock for no apparant reason, and the time is consistently 12:34. I don't know that I've ever seen any of the other number combinations, i.e., "11:11." Thirty-four minutes past noon/midnight has consistently been my attention-grabber.
I was -- am -- completely blown away that other people experience this also. But what shocks me even more is that so many people, exactly as it was with me, are apparently so annoyed by it until they "ask." This has bugged me for so long!
But then, last night, I kept reading...
I've given "12:34" some serious thought over these past several years. However, the "sign," as I now think it may be, that has annoyed me the most has always been street lights turning off when I'm around. This has been happening to me since before I could legally drive, and I'll be 36 years old this fall.
I'm driving down the highway, and suddenly a large, overhead street lamp turns off as I approach it. Even as frequent, I'm walking anywhere, and street lamps or neighborhood lamp posts flicker off.
The lamp post two doors down on the corner turns off nearly every time I pass it at night. I can come back outside an hour later or 15 minutes later, and the lamp is always back on. Every once in a while -- and I do mean infrequently -- that post has done it to me twice in one evening. I'll see the big highway signs happen at least weekly, but that specific lamp post is definitely my most-common sign regarding lights turning off.
And these two signs don't always occur when I'm alone. Very frequently, at least my two roommates are around. And not only that, I've even asked my roommates about it! I know they thought I was goofing around when I asked them about the lights, but I do know I chose not to inquire about "12:34"!
Now, as for durations, this one is a mixed bag. I have experienced the lights going off for a far-longer period of time, but it has probably happened less freqently. This issue probably happens up to two or three times a week;, sometimes more, sometimes even slightly less. "12:34" is a nearly constant issue for me. I've had this sign for a few years less, but I get it nearly every other day or so. It's not at all uncommon for me to see both a.m. and p.m. for up to two consecutive days.
Now, with all of that off my chest finally, it's nice to meet anyone/everyone! It's a great relief to know that I may not be a psycho after all!
So what does this mean? How do I respond? Is there any significance to having two signs, or is it just that I didn't react enough or notice enough after only one?
Again, my thanks! I look forward to any and all response!
