11:11 Angels Message Board

I am in Malawi, Africa, and I have been seeing these numbers for the past 12 months. I have tried to find out what they mean till today, was I successful.

Everyday I see the time at 11:11 if I miss it usually I see 3:33 or 4:44. as I was reading this site I turned to see the time and voila it was 3:33.

I wish to learn how I could talk to them. but definitely I have acknowledged them. This is a third world country and I can't get hold of your CD what else can I do?
