Having a little trouble with this

I went to the AC a couple of days ago.I saw my celestial,Siam.He was sitting on the floor with crossed legs,not unlike a yoga position for meditating ( half lotus).There was a soft yellow light that surrounded his being.There was a smile on his face and he spoke to me in a very mellow tone. Usually Siam is firey and very assertive,but not so this time.He asked me to sit on the floor in front of him.He handed me a piece of paper and asked me to read it.He said that it was a letter for me.
This is what it said...
You have been rewarded with the highest of spiritual gifts,the gift of healing.You have not been aware of this,but it is so.
I told Siam that I didn't feel worthy of this,because I know of others more spiritual than I.
He mentioned that throughout history there were individuals that had might not have been the most spiritual,but they all the same had been chosen by God.I told him that I had no knowledge to heal and he told me that I would be receiving instructions on how to do this,but it was in me already as like a spiritual stamp,already imbedded.
It is still hard for me to believe.He did also tell me that though I am unaware of this healing gift,that I can easily heal myself of physical maladies.
He gave me a name of the spiritual teacher,but I have not heard of this name before.It is I believe Eselium or Esilia.Not sure how to spell or,but something like that.
So here I am and here I go.
