im going to order the cd this week to help me along. ive read some of the results that other people have had and i would like to get there to. thought id give all of you a heads up-you know me, always lots of questions and comments. lol

I hope both of you Rachel and tcj9903 experience spiritual growth with use of the Akashic Constrct cd. Please, please ask as many questions as you like. We all learn sometimes from the questions that are asked and the experiences that are shared.

I had a strange experience yesterday. I wrote in another post that I was having trouble with visualizing going through the rainbow on the 3rd track of the cd. Well yesterday I was relaxing at the pool and laying on my stomach on a chair. I had my eyes closed and was very relaxed when I started seeing the red color all around me like I was emersed in red color. At first I thought it was probably my eyes being exposed to the bright sun but I thought about the cd and tried imagining different colors. And it briefly worked! Has anyone had these types of experiences while not listening to the cd?

The cd helps teach you and I find it helps a great deal to open you up. I have had many experienes not listening to the cd, as well. (Still use it of course.)

Just wanted to say hello, I'm new to the board. Looking forward to receiving my CD, I ordered it about a week ago, so it should be here any day now!

I've been reading the forums for a while now, it's nice to see all the considerate and helpful people here.

Hi Jason,
Welcome to our 11:11 family. Yes, your cd should be getting there just about any time as it takes about a week to 10 days for mail to reach the U.S. from Australia. Did you receive your copy of instructions over the internet that George sent you. If you have any questions or concerns as you begin working with the cd please feel free to ask. The Akashic Construct forum and the many threads previously posted there discuss things related to the cd such as concerns with visuals or falling asleep,ear ringing, tingling etc.. You will probably find that many of the things you experience others can identify with at some point.
Its nice to meet you Jason and I look forward to hearing more of your own unique journey.

Hi Everyone! Thanks for the warm welcome. I received my CD today

Started the 1st exercise, had a little trouble visualizing the rose garden, but I'm sure that will come in time. I have been looking at images of rose gardens as a starting point.

BTW, I didn't receive instructions, so should I just use the sticky in the boards? Is that basically the same thing?

I had a bit of trouble with my rose garden at first too, looked a wee bit arrid and the white picket fence needed a mend...but in no time at all it was flourishing

I learned to relax & just let 'things' flow.

Ooohhh...I'd say the new one is a bit less intimidating for sure !!!

I just saw an advertisement for a new game...the dudes were nasty looking !!! ewwww....zombie things with no eyes...I'm a scary movie kinda person myself too and those were just plain gross

Glad u didn't use one of those in ur pic...
