I understand if people are falling asleep.. Your voice is so relaxing George..

I used the CD for the first time yesterday (also got it yesterday lol) and after listening to the first track I was completely relaxed. It was wonderful..

Guess you have to stay very focused and very relaxed at the same time to use this tool properly.

Hi George,
Yes, that is very true.
btw It's a great instruction manual. It's very inspiring.

Still thinking about what I will make the buttons do. I think I will have a button that brings orange juice on the table. Very refreshing...
Love & Light
and Merry Xmas to everybody

George,
Maybe you should think about making a Relaxing Deep Sleep CD, too. It would be a hit! Hehe

Hi dear Kendra,
You are making a point there . . . our lives on this planet are generally so rushed, that we consistently operate in high Beta, when low Beta and (alternating with) high Alpha should be the rule.
You can basically say that those who intially have difficulties with the CD -- intially getting nothing, or falling asleep -- are operating very close to 21 cycles per second.
For those who do, this is the question they should ask: "How quickly do I lose my temper when something goes wrong?" That's a good indication of how high in Beta they operate.
The CD when regularly used tends to normalize the metabolism of the brain and mind to that medium or low Beta. With that, Alpha, Theta and Delta also drop in proportion to the drop in Beta -- for a new way of seeing life and a healthier life, physically, mentally, emotionall and spiritually.
God bless.......
George.

And I put it in the mail just now. It pays to read the instruction booklet that comes with it.
You'd be surprised how many don't.
Looking for a Celestial that will talk with me now.

You've had plenty of things to give you a big head up to now and your head still looks normal in your pic there. If you haven't yet gotten one yet, you just may be safe.

Hehe
