Hi Lilly....I am so sorry to hear about the accident. I will say prayers for the families ... so sad!

and Heather...I was wondering about you....sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I am sending you love and prayers with the hopes this virus thing is nicked quick smart! (That constant coughing is miserable) Have you tried going into the AC for healing for yourself?
Something interesting happened to me a couple days ago. I too hadn't been feeling well, just a little bit of a bug I think...pressure in the sinuses and a head ache. I went into meditation and almost immediately saw the purple and greenish-yellow light creatures. (for lack of a better way to describe them) This time they began twirling right in the center of my spirit vision and while I watched they suddenly changed direction and came straight at me and into my right cheek area. I tell you I could feel an energy inside my head and when I left meditation the pressure and headache was gone. They have worked on me before and I have no idea what they are. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Love,
XXXSandy

Good morning ladies,

First of all, I will send prayers of healing to those families,,,,being here in Canada,,,and one not to watch the news much,,,I never heard about the boating accident at all....

I have 'odd' thoughts about when, why, and how, us humans leave this world......I was brought up with,,,,when your time comes,,,,it comes,,,no matter what your doing or how old you are,,,,it comes....

so we sit in the aftermath of grief,,,when we cannot understand how or why,,,,young children die in fires or are murdered by their parents, (that did just recently happen here to 3 young children killed by their father)

it makes no sense,,,,,,or the hurricanes,,,,,,or tornadoes or sunami's....

the only thing that we can really do is send prayers for their souls journey, and totally trust that our Father and Mother know what is going on,,,,because it's just too much for us....

and I have to admit,,,,that although we can only 'believe' (because we haven't gone yet to find out),,,but we believe,,,what we are told by our Father and Mother,,,,we believe in the 'greater universe',,,,we learn from the UB,,,,just how extensive it is,,,,and the many 'mansions' that are there for us to still journey through (and yes many of our 11rs have had experiences in being taken to other dimensions and shown),,,,but for us who haven't been 'shown',,,,,we believe....

so for me,,,,when those who do and when they do leave this world,,,my whole feeling of saddness has changed to one of gladness,,,,,for they no longer have to suffer (didn't someone say somewhere something about suffering????? oh yeah I remember),,,,,well, if they weren't suffering and it was one of those totally unexpected events that do send them off on their journey......then somehow,,,,I just feel different now.....

How can one not feel any joy for them,,,,,they have just gone HOME!!!!

one more reason,,,,for us to all truly live in the now,,,,appreciate and love every moment we have with each other here on this plane of existence...

so even though I can't share in their sadness,,,,I will send prayers of healing and relief of grief for those left behind,,,who do not yet know...

I'm getting more and more lately,,,,that our purpose,,,,is to share the light and life that we have come to know within our hearts....

love pp
xoxo

Oh,,,dear ladies,,,

I couldn’t carry on from my last post,,,,,I had to start another to chat and have fun…

But this is the 3rd time I’ve started to write about my hummers,,,and Heather’s cold,,, and more,,,and I’ve lost it…

Maybe the message is get off the computer and get on with the housework,,,,ha ha ha

But no,,,attempt #3,,,,but this time I’m doing it in word and I’ll copy and paste,,,,I think I’m losing the posts because I was switching screens trying to go back through our conversations,,,,then you can’t get back to the post you’re writing….

So whatever is the reason,,,,,I’m making one last attempt….

The hummers are so beautiful and funny…..certain ones who get to the feeder first, just won’t share….they chase any one coming in off,,,,thereby leaving the feeder open for those lurking in the background,,,just waiting for a chance…

It’s a merry dance they do that’s for sure…

I took about 35 pics yesterday and after delete delete got down to about 15 that I could crop for close ups to show you,,,,,so I will change them so you can see the other little tykes,,,,we have about 6-7 different species in B.C. and one of them the Anna’s are residents on Vancouver Island (lucky me),,,and the pic that’s up now is one of them…

Heather,,,,I hope you get rid of the ‘bug’ soonest….otherwise it’s a good time to lay back and coax those little healers of Sandy’s into your AC…..also,,,,as Mama used to say:
Get plenty of rest,,,drink lots of fluids,,,,,and eat lots of chicken soup,,,,,and for the hacking cough,,,,,take a tsp of honey and just suck on it slowly,,,,,it really will get rid of that cough…..no more hacking…

Thank you Sandy,,,re the ET thread,,,,I feel I didn’t keep it up enough as the weeks went by but these last few days on it I think have been really good especially with the added input of you Geoff and Sarah,,,,just kind of really wrapped it up….

As for this Mon night,,,,,well,,,,that should prove to be interesting,,,,,and it’s the two hr finale on the last chapter,,,,,the nice thing is,,,,if they’re not interested in watching it I know I can always see it on Tuesday,,,,after they’re all gone…..that’s the nice thing about it being archived…..and as I said,,,I also download the transcript, and print it,,,,then I really get it…

Knowing my sister,,,,she would likely be offended if I wanted to have it on,,,,,while the four of them are here having a send off for Carrie and Brian…..I think I’ll send the book off with Carrie,,,,perhaps on their ‘time off’ from biking,,,she just might open it and they could read it together….I’ll see,,,,,they might just not have any room for any thing extra…

Anyway, I’m coming to understand,,,,that not all people are ready to be ‘awakened’,,,but it will come to them in their own time (and I’ll be ready when it does),,,speaking for my own family of course…..they always come to Auntie,,,,,,since I’m the only ‘spiritual nut’ amongst us all….

If your practicing up Aussie sayings,,,,here’s another one that I think is a good one…

“No worries mate”,,,,, (I think I got that one from Crocodile Dundee

Gypsie,,,,how did your Mom’s Wednesday go,,,,,,hope you got all her appts done and all went well,,,,,,

Do you go out on both Sat and Sun househunting???? Hope you’ve seen lots,,,,I’m sure the perfect one will ‘pop’ up…..we waited 5 months while looking for this piece of property,,,,well it wasn’t waiting,,,it was a lot of driving around…..but it came…yours will too….just keep imagining what you really want and ask for it….it will come…

Even out here in the country,,,I still get the planes,,,,I happen to be almost right under the flight path to the airport,,,,depending on the weather,,,,they come in from the east,,,make a huge circle then start descending and heading for the airport across the bay,,,,right over my house……..sometimes you really have to wonder,,,,,as I’m sitting out in the hot tub,,,can they really see me?????

On some program the other day,,,,they were explaining how our satellites have such good vision that certain ones can actually read licence plates from 7,000 ft up there….sooooo, Hmmmmm well if they want to be peepers,,,,they takes what they gets is all I can say…

Pet,,,,I was thinking the same thing when the hm hm Spider conversation came up,,,dear Thalia would be rather upset to think some of us don’t really like them.

Her’s beat my quarter size jobber,,,,,I don’t know how she could have held it there,,,

And just to show you,,,,I’ll bet she’s trying to get a rise out of you….snakes I don’t mind,,,they eat slugs,,,who eat my plants,,,,so I’m all for snakes…as long as they’re outside….

But what’s a mozzie (moth ????) I know what leeches are,,,at least the ones in water…
Heather had mentioned June bugs the other day,,,,,yes those are gooders too,,,,huge big flying bugs (that look like roaches)…..that should impress Sandy…

Somehow I never did have a run in with them while I was in Nova Scotia,,,but I certainly got swarmed by them one night in Germany….I’ll never forget it….

You folks only have a couple of more sleeps,,,,then you’re off the the balmy warmth of the Mediterranean,,,,, whoooopeeee,,,,, sure wish I was there,,,,,,warm……

Well I had one more 'learning lesson' on this computer today....I got up and was wanting to file something....so I went to word,,,and couldn't access any of my files    it's like they were missing....

Now Allan had been working on uploading the new Word office program, hm hm hm....and he was trying to make it so my docs would come up in a certain place.....he also set up a web camera....

so what did I think!!!! Oh Honey,,,where did you put my files?????

neither one of us could access them,,,,so he goes upstairs to the main computer....and comes downstairs apologizing,,,,,the computer upstairs wasn't turned on.....and that's where all the files are in reality...

it was funny,,,(not for awhile though),,,but it did teach me a lesson....

I was having a hard time understanding why if I'm typing and saving down here,,,,why it wasn't actually on this computer,,,,and I was concerned (lets say) that when he takes the lap top away with him,,,,that all my files were goin with him....

well,,,once he goes out of this house,,,,with this laptop,,,,it's not longer connected to the computer upstairs through our wireless system...DUH...

so by the upstairs computer being shut down,,,,,none of the files were accessible....

and how it got turned off,,,,,was becasue we had a power outage at 6:30 this am.....and everything was turned off....

and I certainly wasn't thinking about that while I was trying to access my files downstairs....

well dears,,,,it's now 2 pm on Sat,,,,and time to be running the hover around,,,,,tomorrow I'll blow up the air mattress,,,somebody's sleeping on it,,,,and it won't be me...

who knows though,,,,the 'bikers' may just want to set up their tent for the first night.....got just the spot for them too.....if it hadn't been raining so much, mine would probably already be up,,,,,this was supposed to be a sunny weekend.....well,,,if it delays it a day or two that'll be ok too...

healing prayers going out to Nicola too,,,,poor dear....I sure hope she feels better soon too...

love to all,,,,, I'll go put another hummer up now...(and I had to edit some spelling too)

love and light
pp xoxoxo

Edited again,,,,I can't get the other little hummer up right now,,,too hard to explain....but I'll do it later when the 'other' computer is free!!!

:D Hello Everyone,

PP, you have a great time with your houseguests, like you I'm excited to see the last webinar. I'm just grateful that it was made available to us. My sister's husband took off this morning and she stayed behind to finish some tasks not quite done. She would like me to finish reading ANE and it will be good for both of us.

Heather, I hope you get feeling better and I will send some healing energy your way, I just said a prayer to AA Raphael and Dr. Mendoza. Now I'm not sure what celestials help Sandy, but someday it may be in the cards for us. Recently, I heard a remedy for coughing that may help. Take some Vicks Rub and put it on your feet, I know it sounds weird but its explained to have helped chronic coughing. If you choose to use it let us know and may you heal in God's speed.

I also will say a prayer for those grieving over the loss of loved ones in the boating accident.

To all that I have not addressed have a wonderful weekend and may the days bring you much joy.

Hi Everyone,
What a beautiful day today, I've just let the dog out and uncovered Jimi, our budgie. I'm off to get my hair styled, it's grown very long at the back.....my friends say 'no, don't it's nice hair to cut off'.....but it's winter coming and brrr wet long hair.....I'll just get a few inches off.
pp, those birdies sound so sweet, yet fiesty, getting into the feeder..Lol
Sandy, I have experienced these pulsing colours many times and last week got a very beautiful pale blue.....and deep purple. Also a deep orange......it really is wonderful to experience and with all the accidents I've had probably need it. I was going to let pp, know about the meditation experience last Monday night, and completely forgot....strange, I forgot like that.... An indigenous lady came to me, like an elder and gave me this look of acceptance, I think that word describes it, she was looking in on me......the places I was taken too, well, can't describe them.......very earthy and quite incredible like looking at a huge cake stand with tiers of colour and shapes, clay or mud.....took up my whole inner visual field .....I say thankyou for this healing which came to me. Been allowing myself to open up to God's divine helpers and surrendering my will for Thy will.
Gypsie, if you fancy coming there to Balmain on Monday 7.15pm, it's by donation...and very nice. I'll pm you the address if you like, let me know.....From wiping out my inbox a while ago, I've again lost your numbers... didn't write them down.......
Heather, Take care, I'm sending you Love and healing, sweet lady.
Laura, Love to you, too.
Peace and Abundance to All of You
Love lilly xxxx

Hi ladies,
just taking a break from half cleaning up the kitchen,,,and a load of laundry is in the dryer...

Memawlaura,,,,hope all goes well with the reading....I haven't got through the last chapter yet....hope to talk with you soon...at least the light is peeking through the end of the tunnel for you....soon peace will reign again,,,,and you can get your feet back on the ground...

Lilly,,,,,that was an awesome dream,,,,it is strange isn't it when they just seem to be checking you out....like when I was in the last 'Sweat',,,,

I just remembered something about those colours,,,,I was focusing on my third eye space and at first the circle appeared golden,,,then filled in with this deep purple then spread all over,,,then slowly it changed to a lighter blue....one step at a time hey????

Cold wet long hair???? Lilly,,,just dry it well,,,,my long hair keeps my neck warm in winter,,,,summer I have it clipped up not cut,,,in a clip...

I'm glad you like my little hummers,,,,isn't it funny how they just sat there and looked at me??? I think this one I just posted is a little female.

the next one I'll post, is of the two of them,,, they must be a pair,,,or one or the other wouldn't have tolerated the other one being there...

their wings make a whirr whirr buzz buzz sound and they chirp and click at each other....with a high squeak...!!!

ok,,,off again...

love to all
PP xoxoxo

Hi pp,
I didn't go to the hairdressers, Lol. I'll keep my hair and clip it up.......
That vision with the lady was in meditation last week......earlier today I was sat outside and closed my eyes to be greeted with a wonderful colourful shower and said thankyou to the Creator for taking care of all of us.
All on our path to self realization. May we tread in the direction of our heart's desire... cooking, cleaning, helping, carrying, tending children, loving ourselves as we move inward towards the light of Love. Blame, anger, anything not of the highest intention or vibration let it slip silently away and out of our consciousness.
I'll remember that next time someone upsets me......Lol The idea is to not get upset......well I'm working on it....being aware of there being a choice in how we react to a situation makes it less of a drama........ Things that were carried on for far too long are being resolved once the emotion moves out of the way to let things be as they are. I'm letting go...........
Love lilly xxxx :loves You're a great friend.

Will try and meditate tonight Sandy and think of those wonderful healers of yours.

Thanks for thinking of me everyone.

Hi Dear Friends,

Wow, I've gotten busy again lately and just haven't managed to get enough time to sit down and write one of my typical long posts ( :D) in what seems like ages, so finally, I'm just going to have to start learning in earnest to break things up into smaller posts! What a concept!

First of all:

Petra!, I've been meaning to write in on this thread to wish you all well on your journey to Corsica sometime before you leave! I realize at this point you may have already packed up your computer, since it's probably now already Sunday evening for you, and it sounds like you're leaving tomorrow, but just in case you're still able to log on and read this, you all have a great journey! :D All of us here, and all the Celestials, will certainly be accompanying you mind-to-mind and heart-to-heart. LUV2 So anytime you want or need to, regardless of whether or not you've got computer access at the time, you can just stop and hear and feel all of us, your ever-present "invisible entourage!" :bball: :hockey: :viking: :elephant: :dwarf: :study: :colors: :compress: :bigsmurf: :brilsmurf: :smurf: :smurfin: :geek: :flower: :farao: :cat: :rendeer: :jocolor: :joker: :queen: :king: :albino: :sunny: :pig: :alien: :rabbit: :baby :happy :roll And I trust that even if you don't get the chance to read this before you leave, you'll receive this message anyway! Love you, Sweetie, and you all take care!

Thalia, Ca va tres bien, merci! I loved your description of the night you and your family saw the eclipse, and your story about seeing the deer in your yard! What a good idea, to order a coke here at our 11:11 coffee shop! I think my favorite type of coke is lime coke! One of my favorites of the English types of teas is Earl Grey! Bergamot is the herb that gives Earl Grey its special flavor -- I like it so much that I recently got some "double-bergamot" Earl Grey tea, which has twice as much bergamot in it, and it's really good! It sounds like you had a really good going-away party having cake with the kids at school. It also sounds like they all love you and will miss you! It will sure be an exciting adventure for you and your family to go on the ferry on Monday and start your journey to Corsica! Have fun! :colors: As I told your mom in the paragraph above, we and all the Celestials all be coming along with you in spirit! :D :D :D

Mathilda, I'm really sorry to hear about those kids being mean to you at school, but I'm glad to hear from Thalia that they were nice to you and Manny and drew you a lot of pictures when they said goodbye to you. It sounds like they really all love you and will miss you! Have fun on the ferry ride! :D :D :D

Okay, more later! This thread is just so active, there's really no other practical way anymore, except to break it up into smaller emails, a valuable skill for me to practice! See, there's a built-in learning opportunity in everything! :D

Love to you all LUV2,

Aqua Deb

:D Hello Lilly,

It sounds like your making great progress with your meditation. It must be wonderful to know someone is checking in on you and I hope you feel very loved. Dont cut your hair it will keep you warm and comfortable when its not wer  . Love you too and you keep moving on down that path your on a roll.

 Hi PP,

Been extremely rough week, but I'm working on everything. I imagine your guests are in so will talk in a day or two. You have a wonderful visit and just enjoy what you have in your life. Love and Hugs to you.

:? Hello Heather,

What you did not want to try the Vick's Rub on your feet   . I hardly ever get the cough's so I was hoping you'd give it a try and let me know how it really works :P . I was sick myself the other night I woke up with heart burn so bad I thought I was having a heart attack, than I had to visit the throne, if ya know what I mean. I dont know what or where that came from but on the mend now. I know I've been under much stress and disturbance lately so maybe its our bodies telling us to take it easy. Love you girl and I hope your on the mend.

:D Hello Aqua Leaf,
Such a nice post to Petra and family, I hope they know we will think of them often and await their return to tell us of their glorious journey. How have you been? I've had a lot of family around so its been busy busy busy. I just spoke with my oldest grandson and he wants to come for a visit, so I will have to pray the "means and way" reveals itself, I miss him so much. Hope we hear from you more often, loves and hugs to you.

:D Petra and family have a wonderful and safe journey and we will think of you often. I hope it wont be long before we hear of your fabulous journey and that your life is filled with much love, trees and sunshine.

:hithere  To all my 11:11 family, may your days be filled with much love and joy.

:D Yep, thats me I have always told people "I'm down to earth", of course I really did not understand what I was saying, until I began my journey and I still can not fully comprehend the meaning.

Well, my meditation is at a big fat zero and I'm really struggling. I do my utmost to pratice breathing and to be aware, but if I did it continuously I would hyperventilate . I love my sister, but her ego needs lots of feeding :? she knows the results for me, but her ego likes to supercede mine. I'm feeling my way around blindly and making progress, but not without much frustration. Sometimes, I just wished Our Father would come and take me home, perhaps I'm being a lazy lightworker.

Laura,
Keep persisting with your meditation.......keep your breath slow so you don't hyperventilate.... If you let your sister 'win' then you can have a little chuckle later.....It's hard when we are actually going through these experiences..... it's often in hindsight that we can look back and laugh at how silly it all is......Please stay positive dear Laura, we are all here and we know you are lovely. Being right doesn't matter as much as being happy..... Did I say that? You'll bounce back like we all do..
Love you

Dear Laura,

Lilly is so right..You are a earth mother to everyone who comes into contact with you..well maybe your sister can't see it yet...but it isn't important how she feels about you or how she sees you. It is how you see yourself and Laura, from the moment I met you well over a year ago I have felt nothing but love pouring from your posts...even the ones where you are feeling a little low...somehow the love always comes through and if someone is hurting or needing help...there you are, dropping all your own concerns and praying and caring for them and their needs. I just wanted you to know how much I love and admire you and that this rolling up and down , meditation-wise ,that you are experiencing is pretty common. I think as we continue our spititual journey many of us experience this as we grow and progress. Most of us do not change, do an about face overnight into the faith filled, peaceful trusting, human beings we desire but each hurdle we overcome helps us to leap just a little higher if and when the next one appears before us.
Keep loving sweet lady because I believe it is in love that all things can/will be solved.
I do so hope and pray everything works out between you and your sister and you get to have a nice visit with your grandson.

We all love you very much and are here for you to talk to whenever you need to discuss whats happening around you. Please hang in there...everything is going to be okay, I just know it!

Love and a big Hug! {{{{{LAURA}}}}}

:D Hello Heather,

I was just kidding about the Vicks, but I hope your feeling better. I got over whatever I had here a few days ago.

:D Hello Sandy,

Thank you for reminding me I am a loving being that just has some days that I'm a little frayed around the edges. I had been under the weather a couple days ago, than my sister-in-law having a head injury that was pretty serious and my sister and I are having some problems because I'm not exactly what I used to be. Its a long story and I dont like someone pushing or pulling at me anymore to do what they want. Thank God that we share a lot of love and have much forgiveness, but it still rolls around too often for me. I just need to chill out for awhile.

Hi Everyone, :hithere:

All right, here's another in a list of supposedly-shorter ( :D) posts I'm attempting to make, in order to catch up bit by bit on this busy thread! :D

Thank you all for the sweet comments on my avvie! LUV2 How cool also, PP and Pet, that you both also have peacock-feather earrings! Sounds like proof that "birds of a feather flock together!" However, I finally got around to re-bleaching and re-hennaing my hair yesterday, so I just put up a new avvie to reflect this change. The red is brighter in the first four days or so after hennaing, then settles down a bit after that. (Pet, in order to go strawberry blonde, with as dark as my hair is, I'd have to do two bleachings. Even though my hair's probably thick enough to handle it, as you pointed out, it still gets rather coarse, dry, ornery and tangle-y for a few weeks after just one bleaching , so I figure one's enough, at least for now!)

Okay, so I'll try a different approach this time around, to see how it works: PP, I'm starting with you, and will answer a bunch of your posts first, then I'll attempt to cycle through to everyone else as I get the chance...

I checked out Mikah Elaya's website -- what a beautiful website, and an amazing story indeed! I also looked on Google Maps at Canada, and saw where you live, where Golden is (not too far from you, it looks like), then I panned all the way across Canada to where Heather lives way over in Nova Scotia (Heather, I see you're near Cape Breton -- are you familiar with the incredible fiddle player Natalie MacMaster who's from there? I love your current avvie, by the way, and I hope you're continuing to get over your cold! :D), and then Newfoundland. Wow, it sounds like a really interesting and ambitious journey your niece and her boyfriend are undertaking, to cross all that territory on bicycles! :D

I've been enjoying your hummingbird and robin avvies (is that a robin, in your current avvie?). I also like your peacock, eagle and owl avvies -- you've got a great selection, and it's fun when you switch back and forth between them! That journal-writing exercise to do during these two consecutive full moons in Scorpio sounds like a great idea -- I love journaling, and do so everyday already, so maybe I'll try it!
PP, regarding the Stinging Nettle, wrote:if a plant has the ability to say,,,stay away from me,,,,,why would it make a good tonic (it's supposed to)

My guess is that this can probably be best explained by the "Doctrine of Signatures" in herbal medicine, which states that the physical characteristics of given plants tend to provide a clue as to what they're useful for. For example (according to the notes from my herbal medicine class back in Boulder), beets, being red, are good for the blood; cauliflower, which looks like a brain, as it turns out, is indeed good for the brain; kidney beans are good for the kidneys, and so on. The funniest example covered in our class was the Naked Man Orchid (click here to see a photo ), which is good for the male reproductive system. Similarly, Stinging Nettle, which is so good at protecting itself from outside invaders, boosts the immune system, among other things.

It sounds like you've been having a lot more spring weather lately, and enjoying a lot of communing with nature as you're working out in the yard and sitting in your hot tub (how nice, to have a hot tub! :D). I always enjoy hearing all your stories of your interaction with the nature and wildlife on your land; it sounds like you really live in a nice place! :D

Sounds like you've also been having lots of indoor adventures with the Vista operating system and your networked computers! Those darn computers are always presenting new learning opportunities!

We have spiders everywhere in the woods all around us here too. Even in the house, my tendency is to ignore them and "live and let live," but they upset Ron enough that sometimes I'll vacuum them up in the vacuum cleaner, even though I can't usually bring myself to actually squish them. Spiders the size of a quarter, though -- I'd really be experiencing a dilemma on how to best handle that one quickly!

We just had some company ourselves today -- some friends from back east who were out here visiting their kids in the San Francisco area stopped by and we served them our favorite Ornish-style low-fat lunch, curried split-pea soup with spicy corn muffins. :colors: They liked it so much that they asked for the recipe, which we xeroxed for them. :D

A mozzie is a mosquito, maybe? :? -- that was my guess. :D

Well, all right folks, it's gotten late here tonight, but I'll keep on trying to catch up a bit at a time. To everyone who I haven't mentioned by name yet, I've been reading your posts and thinking of you, so stay tuned! ... :D

Love to all LUV2,
Aqua Deb

Hey Aqua Deb,

I love the new photo and the hair is gorgeopus! I had to smile at this comment...
How cool also, PP and Pet, that you both also have peacock-feather earrings! Sounds like proof that "birds of a feather flock together!"
I thought the very same thing when I read that PP and Petra have the same earrings.. 8) Gosh I miss Petra. :( she's only been gone a few days and it already feels like weeks.

It was nice to talking with you the other night. Even though you, poor thing, couldn't get a word in edge wise with me chattering on so. I tried the banana you suggested in my Greek yogurt this morning and it was good but would have been better if the green bananas had been a bit riper. (I was telling AquaDeb that George had bought this giant container of Greek Yogurt at the store because he needed the container. and even though I am fond of greek Yogurt it was rather strong without sugar or splenda. (I am trying to avoid using both of them.) We"ll be eating yogurt morning noon and night for a week.

Oh, Lacey just buzzed me. She's out and ready to back in her cage I think. I put a new toy in her cage. It is a little device that you can slide a whole apple or piece of fruit through and your pet bird can pick at it. We used to use them at the pet store and the birds love them ...makes a terrible mess though... I am anxious to see how she likes it.

Laura, You keep chilling sis... I just saw what happened to Glenda in the Prayer section. That is scary isn't it! One minute you are doing something mundane and the next you wake up in a hospital...not remembering anything...I hope she makes a speedy recovery.

Gottta go George is wanting me to walk with him to the post office. Take care...

Love to all you beautiful people!
Sandy

Hi again Dear EveryOne LUV2,

Time for another "installment" in my "Getting Caught Up on This Thread" series!

Lilly, I wholeheartedly agree with you about how lucky we are to have this wonderful on-line meeting place where we can visit and share! The quartz crystal your partner got you as a birthday gift that naturally has rainbows and what looks like an angel in it sounds wonderful! -- I'll bet it's no accident that there appears to be an angel in it! :happy :happy :happy

Your budgie Jimi sounds both beautiful and entertaining! We call them parakeets here, and we had different ones over time growing up, as well as various other birds: a cockatiel, a couple of parrots, a conure (boy, are those LOUD!), and canaries and finches that would just sing lovely songs all day WHIST.

I've been enjoying everyone's bird stories on this thread :D, and I agree, it's always amusing that birds seem to love sounds that we humans tend to find loud and obnoxious -- it seems they don't judge particular sounds as being "discordant" or "unpleasant" like we do. Our birds used to make a lot of noise when blenders, vacuum cleaners or other loud appliances were running too. The funniest thing to us, as kids, however, is that my dad had a, uh, rather active gastrointestinal tract, shall we say  , and the birds used to imitate that all the time, which we of course found hilarious!

Your adventures with the kids during their school holidays, singing songs, your friends' cartoon animals, and watching Jimi eat birdseed out of your hands, it all sounds like fun! I found the link to Gary Craig's downloadable free EFT e-book that you mentioned earlier, and here it is, in case anyone else is also interested.

Well, talking about food seems like a common thing for all of us here on this thread, Taurean or not, so you fit in just perfectly! :D

I am also enjoying hearing about your lovely meditations, seeing the pulsing colors and making contact with indigenous elders. I'm glad to hear that you've been making healing shifts with it! I also love what you wrote here:
Lily wrote:All on our path to self realization. May we tread in the direction of our heart's desire... cooking, cleaning, helping, carrying, tending children, loving ourselves as we move inward towards the light of Love. Blame, anger, anything not of the highest intention or vibration let it slip silently away and out of our consciousness.
That's one that we would all do well to remember often! :colors:

I'm also glad to hear that you had a great birthday with beautiful flowers and presents -- and perhaps there was an upside to the spider encounter too, as a power totem that appeared to you -- I looked the spider up in the Medicine Cards book, and here's some of what it says:

"Spider is the female energy of the creative force that weaves the beautiful designs of life ... If Spider has dropped from her web into your cards today, she may be telling you to create, create, create! ... Spider could be asking you to use a journal to write out and review your progress. If you do this, you will not forget *how* you are creating a new or different phase in your life. Spider brings a message of a different kind when she sees you becoming a bit too involved in the weaving of your life plans to notice opportunity at the outskirts of your web. If this is the case, Spider gets your attention so that you notice that something you have woven has borne fruit. Congratulations! Spider caught you just in time, before you missed the opportunity on the edge of your web or reality. The most important message from Spider is that you are an infinite being who will continue to weave the patterns of life and living throughout time. Do not fail to see the expansiveness of the eternal plan."

So maybe Spider's appearance was actually an additional birthday gift! :D

Speaking of spiders, that information about the tarantula is pretty interesting  :shaking:, and I agree with everyone else, there's a good reason to leave the spiders a bowl of water in the floor! When I was a kid, when we lived right outside of Yosemite National Park, there were in fact tarantulas -- we'd see them walking down the road occasionally (along with the large rattlesnakes that would cross the road and often span the entire width of both lanes, forcing cars to just run over them!) :D

I read the book, The Golden Compass, and it was also fantastic! It's part of a series of three books, actually, by Philip Pullman, and all of them are excellent -- I bet it'd make a great movie -- I just mentioned the movie to Ron, in fact, and he added it to our Netflix queue. Hurray! :colors:

Just a few more "quick" things I'd like to add this "quick"( :D) post, in the interest of timeliness, before I go make lunch:

Laura, I'm sorry to hear about the continued difficulties with your sister! I echo what Sandy and others have said -- you are such a loving, dedicated helper to everybody, and since you've been spiritually growing so rapidly lately, some of the friction with your sister may be because you've changed so much, and this may be "threatening" to influence her to grow spiritually as well, and her ego may be resisting it. But whenever you just keep acting from your own truth, it ultimately leads to everyone's highest good -- it's likely that, since you two do fundamentally share a lot of love and forgiveness as you said, she'll readjust to the new you and stop pushing and pulling so much eventually. I'm also really sorry to hear about Glenda -- that's a lot to go through at once -- you and your family are in my prayers! Hang in there, Sweetie -- as everyone else has said, we all love you and hear you and support you here!

Sandy Dear, thanks for your comments on my hair and avvie! :D I really enjoyed talking to you the other night as well! It was fun to hear your voice and your charming Tennessee accent with my own ears! (Of course, from a different perspective, it could actually be me who has a Western-U.S. accent, even if I can't tell it myself!) And I felt that I did get in quite a few words, especially for quiet me, so, in fact, you chattered and listened equally in a perfect balance! :colors: I know what you mean about green bananas -- there's a stage where they're definitely too green for a while (and don't have the ideal sweetening capacity), and then a short window of time when they're just right, and you kind of have to catch them then, before they get overripe (at which point, making banana bread is a great solution, as you mentioned! :D) It is a bit strange having Petra gone, but we can all just carry on conversations with her in our heads, same as if we were talking or writing to her, and I bet she'll hear us! :colors:

Well, time to go make lunch now, but you all stay tuned for "subsequent volumes!"

Love you all LUV2,
Aqua Deb

Hi AquaDeb,
Reading your post brought to my attention how rapidly the signposts and synchronicities are coming in my life. In meditation I'm going deeper as my resistance and fear melts away. Thanks for telling me about the spider being a gift, it was......
Love lilly xxx

Hi Dear Friends,

One more in the series of Catching-Up Posts!...

Gypsie Deb, Thanks for your kind compliments about my previous avvie! Your story about your ex-husband's grandmother and the chicken reminds me of the gruesome story my grandmother used to tell of her grandmother in the American midwest just going outside in the farmyard, grabbing chickens and swinging them around by their necks to kill them, seemingly with no qualms about it, then plucking their feathers in the sink. :x Just the thought of it makes me glad we happen to be on a mostly vegetarian diet right now!

I hope you and your family had a good Anzac Day, and that you've also been making good progress with the house-hunting! :D

I've joined you and everyone else in sending more prayers to Nicola for a quick recovery and good health for both her and baby Beth.

I'm sorry too to hear about the boating accident in Balmain where you grew up -- although it is very difficult for us, from our earthly perspective, to hear about these things, I believe there's a lot of wisdom in what PP wrote about it, including:
PP wrote:How can one not feel any joy for them,,,,,they have just gone HOME!!!!
Abraham, the group of non-physical beings channelled by Esther Hicks, says essentially the same thing. They say that noone ever leaves this physical realm without the agreement of their higher self, and that there's a celebration over on the Other Side whenever a large group of people emerges back into non-physical in this way all at once, where they are now all feeling immense joy.

I hope you're doing well, and I look forward to hearing from you again when you next have time to post!

Hey, this one's actually a little shorter, isn't it? Maybe I'm learning! :D

Hi yet again, Dear Friends,

Hey, I'm on a roll with this Getting-Caught-Up Business today! I think this may be the most posts I've ever made in one day! :D

Sandy, I think it's hard for lots of people, especially women, to accept compliments easily. I think PP's right in her response:
PP wrote: it is hard isn't it.....I think it has something to do with 'loving yourself',,,and it's much easier to think negatively about yourelf,,,,because of old patterning......but the more we work on it....the better it becomes....
It sounds like all of us are working on this same sort of thing, learning to think more positively about ourselves and everything we encounter in our lives -- it's been great to witness all of us co-evolving together and supporting and encouraging each other in that process -- this is one of the many great gifts of this wonderful group! :happy :happy :happy

Regarding the Stinging Nettles, yes, I've read that they are in fact good for anemia. The tea actually doesn't taste bad at all -- I'm not sure about how to actually eat the young tops without getting stung  -- perhaps there is a way? Now I made myself curious, so I just did a Google search and found this link in someone's blog about blanching stinging nettles quickly in boiling water, which apparently removes their sting completely, then making them into a tasty frittata! :D This blog post also has some good pictures of Stinging Nettle. Interesting! :colors:

Another thing I've done recently, since I lost so much weight from this diet, is to start taking a tablespoon a day of blackstrap molasses (which, depending on the brand, provides 20%-75% of your daily iron requirement) diluted in 1/2 cup of warm water -- so far that's kept me from feeling faint during the early days of my cycle, which is what happened at first after I lost so much weight. I also finally had to start eating a bit more, so that now I'm maintaining my weight instead of continuing to lose more, since I don't really need to weigh any less at this point, yet it's still very helpful for Ron's ongoing weight-loss for us to both keep following this eating plan.

I am enjoying your ongoing stories of raising and training baby Lacey! :D I love how she is exploring her world, including the sounds her different toys make as they drop! As I mentioned earlier, we had various birds when we were growing up, but noone in our family took the time to train them all that well, so I'm impressed with people who consistently spend the time it takes to bring up a bird really well like that (including vaccuuming seeds off the floor several times a day, and putting up with all the bites that may occur along the way!) You'll have to let us know how Lacey likes this newest toy that lets her peck at whole pieces of fruit! If I were a bird, I think that'd be one of my favorite toys! :colors:

Regarding the yoga, I think PP had great answers, and here's one extra bit I can add, from a yoga class I took many years ago: Our yoga teacher stressed that the word, "asana," means "comfortably-held pose," so you just stretch only until you begin to feel discomfort or pain (which is resistance being held in the muscle), and no further. At that point, you hold the stretch right there, and begin slowing breathing out the pain and resistance on the out-breath, then, on each in-breath, imagine you are breathing fresh, healthy, oxygenated air directly into the area where the pain was, filling up the space that you created in that area when you breathed the pain out on the out-breath. You then continue until the pain and resistance subsides, then you can stretch a little further until you encounter more pain/resistance, then again, you hold it there and do the same thing, and little by little, you can continue to stretch the muscle more and more in that manner. We used to hold poses in class for a minimum of thirty seconds, often up to two or three minutes or more, if I recall correctly. Over time, with repeated practice sessions, this kind of muscle stretching leads not only to increased flexibility, but also increased muscle strength, and weight loss as well.

What a sweet story about your baby rabbit, "Bun!" :D I'll bet on some level that Bun knew he belonged in your life and knew exactly what (s)he was doing to convince your dad to let you keep him! Especially from the books by people like the animal communicator, Penelope Smith, it sounds like animals are far more spiritually developed and aware than we usually realize! :D
You wrote:I am just so darn gabby. I couldn't write short if I had to now.
Now, who else around here could possibly relate to that?! WHIST

I enjoyed your story about learning how to dance with your landlord and his wife! I have gone through various phases with dancing -- sometimes feeling like a wallflower, but at other times actually enjoying it and being relatively un-self-conscious about it (usually when I'm in lots better physical shape -- it's so aerobic to do it for long!) I do love music, and have trouble not at least tapping my feet when I hear music I like, so at times it's hard for me not to dance! Right at this moment, though, even though I'm now kind of skinny, I'm rather out of shape, so I'm kinda like a Raggedy Ann doll (especially with the red hair now!), haven't got all that much muscle tone. A couple of days ago, I half-walked and half-ran to the mailbox down at the bottom of the hill and back up before it got dark out, and I'm still feeling it in the hip and butt muscles today! Even with the treadmill right in the living room now, it's surprising how hard it is for me to stick with any kind of exercise plan, although I do plan to get started again soon, as usual!

I agree with you about cockroaches, although I don't think I've ever actually seen one in person (just on TV or in photos, movies, etc.) -- if I ever actually saw one, I don't think I'd like it much! They just don't seem to have them much in Colorado or here in California -- I guess that's one way in which I'm lucky! :D

Thanks for sharing your fascinating story about encountering the purple and greenish-yellow light creatures in your meditations -- I haven't experienced this yet, but perhaps they would be good ones to call on when in need of some physical healing -- I'll keep that in mind! :happy

Okay, everyone, it's now getting close to dinnertime here, so I'd best get going for now. To those I haven't responded to yet, I believe I'm starting to catch up now, so stay tuned!... :D

Aqua Deb

Hello Heather,

I was just kidding about the Vicks, but I hope your feeling better. I got over whatever I had here a few days ago.
Hahaha...ok

I feel better than what I felt a few days ago,but making a docs appointment tomorrow, think I need some antibiotics. Could be worse.Other wise,I am fine!

My papa in law killed a spider in here the other day,I just gave him a wide eyed stare..he was just... :? Funny but poor spider! I told him I just put em outside.

Funny,I have these old mirrors I still have to get rid of,outside and I think its a chickadee, haas fallen in love with her appearence. Made a video and here is the link if you would like to see. Too cute!

Hi again Everyone! :hithere:

Another "Getting Caught Up" post -- I'm getting closer! Have you all noticed how this thread kind of organically goes through cycles, how it gets really busy for a while, then slows down for a while, ebbs and flows? Luckily, I think I may have caught it in a bit of an "ebb" phase, which is really helping me to catch up more and more before too many more posts arrive, the cycle begins all over again, and I'm right back where I started!

Heather,

As I mentioned briefly in an earlier post, I love your beautiful new avvie -- your dark hair and eyes go so well together! Your thick, straight, dark hair reminds me a lot of mine before I started hennaing it! :D

Ooh, a cockatiel bite (that's a pretty good-sized bird!), or any bird bite, forthat matter, underneath the fingernail -- it makes me wince just to think about it! :shaking:

How impressive for those boys to wear pink shirts in support of the boy who got bullied, and start an annual "Stop Bullying" day! This is a hopeful sign that maybe these kids are part of a newer, younger generation who eventually will be part of a greater planetary shift in a more positive, peaceful direction in this Correcting Time! It would indeed be a great thing if this spread to all schools around the world! :happy

I'm glad to hear that Matthew is doing well in his new instruction and that things are moving along! Glad to hear that he also got to go on a ferry ride! I'm adding in my prayers for his continued advancement! :colors:

I think a lot of us here love trees -- another thing we all have in common! :D

Irish dancing, sounds kind of fun -- you mentioned lots of stomping -- is it kind of like "buck dancing," where the dancers wear clogs?

I just looked up june bugs on-line since I don't think they have them around here; I've never seen one in person that I know of. Wow, they look pretty big! If one of those flew into me at night, I'd definitely want to be wearing a hood for protection too!

We get raccoons trying to sneak into our garbage here too! At night we hear the trash cans scraping along the ground ever so slightly, as if a creature is trying to very carefully and quietly move the cans just enough to get them to tip over so that they can get into them, but without be detected! Very clever little creatures! I'm pretty sure it's got to be racoons, because we often see their little paw-prints all over the sides of the cans the next day!

Sorry to hear about the illness you've been fighting off -- that's not a pleasant feeling, even when it's not bad enough to keep you in bed, but just bad enough to make you feel tired and achey and cough-y and such! But it's good to hear that you're feeling better, and yes, sometimes when a bug has been just hanging around like that, antibiotics can knock it out much more quickly. I've added in my prayers and am sending positive thoughts your way for healing from it as soon as possible! :colors: If you try contacting Sandy's healers in meditation, let us know how that works too!

What a cute video of the little chickadee totally enchanted and preoccupied with looking at herself in the mirror! Thanks for sharing that! :D

November, just like any creatures instinctively trying to protect their young, I guess it'd make sense for a female bird to become very protective when she is "with egg!" (good one, Sandy!). Sounds like you need to get a pair of really sturdy working gloves or something in order to give her food and water!

Reba, it's true, that's a good thing to remember about spiders, that they eat a lot of other insects that we'd just as soon not have around! :D Yes, judging from the discussions going on, a lot of us share your ambivalence about killing insects. Your idea of capturing them under a glass and slipping a piece of paper underneath is a good one -- I may try that next time I'm faced with a situation where I need to catch an insect! :D

Looks like I'm getting closer and closer to being caught up now .... stay tuned!... :D

Love to All LUV2,
Aqua Deb
