Thought Adjuster Contact – Another Method.
A long-time 11:11 Progress List subscriber writes: April 3, 2008.

In many of the Celestial transmissions we are asked to “Go Within” to hear “the Still Small Voice of God.” I have found what I believe to be another method to “hear” His voice and to interact with the Creator of All via our Thought Adjuster. This method I wish to share with you.

Do you know the feeling you get when hearing something stirring, such as beautiful music, or a stirring speech? The waves of goose bumps that flow over the body? I have come to understand that this may actually be our Thought Adjuster that is causing this sensation, and that was my key to making contact.

While in Stillness, or at other times when meditating, or where I have had a sudden insight about something spiritual, I experienced these same sensations; sometimes all over my body, but more often just a tingling in an area of my scalp. I began to realize that it must be my Thought Adjuster that was causing these physical responses as a way of confirming these new understandings. I began to differentiate both the intensity and the location of the sensations; sometimes at the base of my skull and top of my shoulders, at other times along the right side of my temple or other parts of my scalp, but at least, so far, never on my face, ears or neck.

Since coming to this realization, I have been trying to better understand the meanings of these feelings so that I may better communicate with my Thought Adjuster. Mind you, there have never been words or ideas popping into my consciousness about this that I’m aware of. I have not been very successful with meditation methods, but these physical feelings may come at any time of the day or night, whether I’m working, reading the paper, watching TV, driving, etc. I have become very sensitive to the sensation, and at times am aware of it almost continuously. It can also evolve into a very emotional experience, where I am overwhelmed by the intensity of it, to the point of crying out.

I have learned that I can ask a question either mentally or verbally (if I’m alone) that can be of either a spiritual or secular nature. Most times I will receive an answer; if positive - scalp tingling. If negative, either no answer or sometimes a heavy feeling from within -- a “don’t do this” kind of feeling. I’m trying to learn how to interpret the different feelings, and am making slow progress. I think it is somewhat akin to learning sign language.

My Thought Adjuster is pushing me to write this and has been doing so from the time I thought about “putting pen to paper” several days ago (a house guest prevented my starting sooner).

This discovery is gradually changing my life in a very positive way; it is like having your best friend, or older brother, or sister, always at your elbow, waiting to help, or provide a direction or an answer.

The biggest problem I have now is remembering to ask !

Even with this close contact with God, I still find myself doubting, being stubborn and difficult. In effect, I’m being human. Fortunately, my Thought Adjuster is patient and works around my intransigence. My Thought Adjuster is constantly at the ready, and believe me, I am incredibly grateful for having been given this wonderful Gift!

I believe the reason why my Thought Adjuster is pushing me to write this is to teach others that this may be a new way that God can be more closely involved with our lives and our future. It may be a part of the Correcting Time process, and may in fact be happening to others.

The method I wish to describe is not the way I learned, but I believe, and my Thought Adjuster confirms, that it should work just fine for anyone having a sincere wish to try.

The Method.

Sit quietly for a few minutes, and then either mentally or verbally, ask for contact. Speak to your Thought Adjuster -- that inner part of God that resides within you. Ask with the deepest sincerity and love that this is something you want to do to further your spiritual growth. And then wait and see if there is a physical response somewhere in your body.

It may be in your scalp or it may be somewhere else. Concentrate on what you feel, and how that makes you feel emotionally. From there on, you’re on your own to develop the relationship. Your Thought Adjuster will cooperate, and encourage you, have no doubt.

This is incredible... I totally recognize what has been written below - the goose bumps that go over your body in a wave. I have also often experienced this feeling when reading the 11:11 Progress List newsletters!

I GET THESE "CHILLS" QUITE OFTEN. SOMETIMES EVERYDAY. WHEN I HERE SOMETHING SPIRITUAL RELATING TO GOD, I GET THEM STARTING IN MY SCALP AND IT USUALLY MOVES THROUGHOUT MY ARMS, DOWN MY BACK, AND OCCASIONALLY INTO MY LEGS. IT'S A WONDERFUL FEELING TO KNOW THAT YOU'RE CONNECTED WITH SOMETHING HIGHER.

Hello!! This is exactly what I've been experiencing for the last six months! (I have also experienced the sensation on my forehead and the sides of my face, but generally scalp and sometimes whole body. What a powerful experience!) Thank you for this transmission! I knew the experience was spiritual, positive, and soul-full. Now I will try to learn to interpret the meaning of the sensations. I'll be interested to hear how many others identified with this undeniable scalp/body tingling...Perhaps they're "further along" and can help us!

I have had this exact experience on my scalp, back of
my scalp, my upper shoulders and between my eyebrows.
It happens regardless of what I am doing. After I
returned from Tibet, I had these experiences every day
for a few months.

I am so grateful for this subscriber to post this
message. I was wondering and discerning what it was. I
did come to the thought that it was a possible
"download" that Donna has spoken of; confirmation of
the Correcting Time.

I am grateful for my constant companion and guide. I
am grateful that I am found worthy of this awesome

Apparently I am also in contact with my "thought adjuster" as well. I get the tingling on the top of my scalp also, I was getting worried I thought I had to go to the doctor. But not really, I know someone is just working on my attunments. But I do get some pretty big brilliant ideas as of late. I work hard every day to be of service and do what I am being told to do. Hi George,

In a most recent posted celestial messages there is a subscriber who reports a sensation of goose pimples that washes over him when he is connecting with his Thought Adjuster in some way. I have had similar experiences. Sometimes when I have been posting something of a spiritual nature, or when reading something that connects spiritually, I experience that feeling of goose pimples. Here is a post that I wrote on another web site. I was posting to the owner of this web site. She was writing about her experiences with precognition. Here is my response:

I think that our Thought Adjusters are helping us to progress spiritually. Now that we know that a Fragment of the Father lives within us, we are being communicated with more and more. I personally haven't had any premonitions that I am aware of, but it may very well be how your Thought Adjuster is communicating with you.

Whenever I encounter some amazing fact about the Father, I have a strange sensation go over my body. When I was reading your post, I began to have a feeling of goose pimples radiate over my shoulders and travel up my scalp. It is continuing to do this as I type this post. I noticed that I have had this feeling many times when I write certain posts. It seems like it is a feeling of enlightenment. Kind of the feeling one gets when they discover something that no one else has discovered before. I believe that reading your experience triggered these intense feelings.

Just yesterday I told my Thought Adjuster that I will no longer allow others to determine what my truth is in this life. I am an individual. And the Father wants to interact with me as an individual. Someone else may not share my views of life, but it is sacred to me. I need to let my life reflect my ideals, my hopes and my dreams. I cannot impose my belief system on you, or any other person. But the Father wants it that way. He doesn't want uniformity, he wants unity despite our differences in perception.

I believe that we are beginning to experience morontia mota in this life. I think our Father Fragment is teaching us to learn morontia mota even as we live this life in the flesh. I really believe that these intense feelings of goose pimples radiating over my shoulders and up through my scalp are indicative of a transformation going on inside me. Another intense wave just hit me as I typed the last sentence. I think that you are also going through a transformation M. The excitement of that transformation helps us to keep going when the going gets tough. It is like our Thought Adjuster is saying: "I am proud of you my son or my daughter. You are on the right track. Despite living in the flesh I will help you to continue your transformation.

Hi again George,

I have to describe that intense wave again. As I was typing my thoughts to the web site owner concerning my take on the Thought Adjusters as it concerns transformation I received a very intense wave go over my shoulders and up through my scalp. It was an amazing feeling that I believe indicated that I was connecting with my Thought Adjuster in some way. It wasn't until I read the most recent post from a fellow subscriber that I made the connection. I was being communicated in some way through these intense waves washing over my body. I have been experiencing these waves for some time, but I didn't make the connection. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Wow! I am glad to see that there was so much response to this. I've had the tingles/goose bumps all of my life.

At the site of a beautiful sunset, green and peaceful respite in nature, the ripple of the wind through the trees, the smell after a good rain storm, a beautiful song, poem, spiritual message....

I can see that I have experienced God/God within... in all of these.

Thank you so much!! How interesting to read of others' like experiences. I would offer the following information in case it's helpful to anyone...

When I first began a rather irregular schedule of Stillness, I would ask, "Who is my spiritual teacher?" After some time had passed with no answer, I asked, "Are you waiting for one" (a teacher for me), and I most definitely received a reply, ..."No, we're waiting for you!" Ha!...I was so shocked! So, I became dedicated to Stillness/Akashic Construct on a daily basis and when the tingling started, it felt as if new channels were being gently grooved underneath my scalp. It seems as if my mind is being prepared/expanded perhaps to receive something that it can't currently receive in its present physical state. Time will tell....

Dear George,

What this subscriber explains has been happening to me for years. I am also not very successful with meditation because most of the time I fall asleep. During the day though I often get feelings that I feel compelled to act on.

Often, when I'm confused, an idea pops into my head that had never ocurred to me before so I know it didn't come from me. When I have to stand on line and wait, my mind drifts and I can almost sense a conversation going on in my head which I assume is the guidance from my Thought Adjuster.

People must think I'm crazy because I'm just staring into space. Please thank this subscriber for submiting this because now I know I'm not the only one.

I'm the writer of this post. I'm glad to see so many replies, but I believe some of you may be missing the point.

This contact method is one that you can easily share with others, whether they are 1111 believers, Urantia Book readers or others. It can be shared as a form of meditation, or some other means without using terms like midwayers, thought adjusters, etc.

I believe my TA pushed me to share this knowledge so that it can be spread throughout the world. The 1111 board was my first attempt at sharing. What can you do with it?
