I think I found a connection between the following Ancient Essene's teaching and the MoPai training:
Know this peace with your mind.
Desire this peace with your heart.
Fulfil this peace with your body.
The MoPai teaches of three dantien's, the three main energy centres (Top, Middle, Lower). I think they map directly onto what the Essene's teaching presents here. So we should aim to have peace in all three of these centres, and then we will function well as a human. You can picture the three energy centres glowing with light.

It sounds simple but could be life-changing... Thank you for that, Dylan. I will meditate on this after Mom goes to bed tonight. So we should aim to have peace in all three of these centres, and then we will function well as a human. You can picture the three energy centres glowing with light.

Re: Ancient Essene's vs MoPai Teachings
Thank you Dylan,
This reminds me of one of George's books, when a Yogi (or guru?) wanted to talk to him and teach him the "Golden fire", or something like that, right Sandy?
These are far from peacful times, but each ounce of peace we can get, might help a bit. It might be called different ways from one culture to another, but there are things alike.
Thanks again!
Regards,

Re: Ancient Essene's vs MoPai Teachings
Someone else was inquiring about this, so I responded with this:
I'll try to elaborate: this Ancient Essene teaching is attributed to Christ, who was after all known as the Prince of Peace. Cultivating peace in this way brings peace to the whole person. I think it is good to know that there are three main ways in which we experience peace: thoughts, feelings and physically. And I believe without all three in tandem we are not fully peaceful, only partially or intermittently.
In my mind, this maps very well on to the three Dantien's in the body, taught by the MoPai school of Chi, that produced great healers and warriors. The Dantien's are something akin to the seven chakras taught in yoga. Promoting the three Dantien's produces a healthful flow in the body and mind.
If we can encourage these energies in our body through stillness meditation, then I think we can immediately feel more peace, and we become more functional spiritually, mentally and physically. Pictures can help a lot in meditation, which is why I suggested the light.

Re: Ancient Essene's vs MoPai Teachings
Hi Oscar
Glad it might've helped. I think right now we are being called to 'Create Our Own Reality', no matter what the outer conditions seem to suggest. We are called to keep our vibration as high as possible, while we interact with the rest of humanity and the physical, economic, technological, cultural and environmental conditions continue to evolve in 'who knows what' ways under the guidance of the Angels and higher entities. At the end of the day it doesn't matter, even if we physically perish, as long as we are fear-free and in bliss when we go.
I am doing my best to be as busy as I can in positive ways right now.
Good luck!
Dylan.
